Hi, my name is Alana Tasha Bittimak Mat Ruslan. I am from Peninsular School. I am from Bandar Baru Bangu. I have graduated in a diploma science-secretarial in a polytechnic with a CGBA 3.85. After that, I further my study and just graduated from UITM Punca Alam in a bachelor degree business administration major in human resource with a CGBA 3.85. In a both study, I have passed and also success with flying colors. I’m here to look at a position that I can contribute my knowledge, my skill and also my experience to your company.
As a human resource specialist. Past experience during my university life, I have learned a lot of courses that will help me to become a success HR specialist like record management, organisation behaviour, financial, accounting, a different part of HR courses and also event management. I have managed a lot of events.
From here, I learned how to make a good and successful program by learning a whole procedure to make a good program. From here, I have gained a lot of skills, like good communication skills, good time management skills, ability to manage a budget, a problem-solving skill, IT skills, and also administrative skills.
Other than that, I have been working as an internship as a secretary of the head of department, metabolic and also breathing in the Malaysian pump onboard MPOB. I have experience working with a lot of people from a different world environment. I also help my supervisor to evaluate the worker. I become a person who work under pressure. Being a fast learner also as a well-organized person.
My second internship, I worked as a part of a HR team in the patronage. I have gained many knowledge that related to HR fields, like update data of employee contract, do screening of potential employee resume and also applications, do job posting, and last but not least, response to the staff enquiries related to human resources.
I’ve worked a lot of part-time jobs during my semester break. I always joined a business organisation and got a lot of experience in the business field like management, economics, entrepreneurship, management and also graphic design. This gave advantage to me and also your company to give you the best performance.
Skills! I’m good at communication in Bahasa Melayu, Hai Namasa Ya Alia. In English, I am 22 years old, basic Mandarin, Wolaizu Bandar Barabani, and basic Japanese. Yoroshiku onegaishimasu! I also have a keyboarding skill which is I’m tapping with the 10 fingers without looking at the keyboard. I can reach until 50 words per minute. Urgent work is no problem for me.
Next, I have a Microsoft Office skill, especially in words, PowerPoint and also Excel, due to it’s a part of my courses, during my diploma and also my degree. Lastly, I have skills on a few editing apps, like for video and also for graphic. For graphic, I always go to Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Illustrator and also Canva. For video, I always go to Adobe Premiere, iMovie, InShot and also Hilmora.
