Psychosynthesis Coach

I have spent my whole career in roles focused on communication, working with clients to overcome barriers and obstacles in Recruitment, Interpreting and Coaching. With a MA in Psychosynthesis Psychology, I have been able to take this to a deeper level to support clients in achieving greater self-awareness, authenticity and the opportunity in order to reach their full potential.

Psychosynthesis has its roots in psychoanalysis. Where Freud was only interested in the ‘basement of the human being’ Psychosynthesis is interested in the whole building, and all levels of consciousness. It offers a model of the human personality, which allows you to really know and understand yourself, how you operate and bring yourself into the world, your relationships with others and how you are impacted by them. It’s focus is self-awareness, connection, purpose, meaning and values.
