Terms and Conditions for Experts

1. Profile Listing
   • Each expert can register on the platform for free, create a profile, and add textual and video information about themselves and their services.
   • Expert profiles are available for viewing by platform users and potential clients.
2. Payments and Transactions
   • Experts can set their service prices and receive payments directly to their account within the platform.
   • If the payment option is not available in the profile, the cooperation process must be agreed upon separately. In this case, the expert can contact the platform administration via email or wait for a response.
   • The platform charges a commission on each transaction when using the built-in payment system. The commission percentage is determined individually, considering various factors (profile placement type, paid promotion, etc.).
3. Use of Materials for Promotion
   • As part of the free listing, the platform may use the expert’s text and video materials to promote their profile on social media and advertising channels.
   • The platform reserves the right to cancel profile promotion in its channels without prior notice.
4. Promotion and Advertising
   • Experts can use additional promotional opportunities, including advertising through partner bloggers.
   • Information about paid advertising opportunities will be provided individually via email or upon request.
5. Client Interaction
   • Experts independently respond to client inquiries and arrange the date and format of consultations.
   • Consultations and services are conducted through platforms convenient for the expert (Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp, etc.).
   • The expert is responsible for maintaining professional ethics and providing services in a timely manner.
6. Additional Conditions
   • The platform reserves the right to change the terms of cooperation and notify experts in advance.
   • Violation of platform rules may result in the removal of the expert’s profile without the possibility of restoration.

By registering on the platform, the expert confirms their agreement with these terms and conditions.
