Welcome to our Facebook group, where we work out together and share short reports on our workouts to set an example for others and help motivate each other.
We focus on simple workouts primarily to stay healthy and feel good. For example, if you simply go for a walk, you can post a screenshot from your phone showing your step count for the day.
The same rule applies to runners, cyclists, gym-goers, and everyone else—just share your workouts in any format to show what you’ve done today.
From time to time, we’ll have challenges, and you’ll learn more about them in the group. Just join in, and you’ll get the hang of it!
