The Program: 6 Key Areas of a Child’s Life:1. Planning & Goal Setting: Define the Course of Your Life
Everything starts with a goal. In this block, we learn how to set realistic objectives, break them down into steps, and plan the day to move forward without chaos. Every day, participants log their goals and actions — small steps that bring them closer to their big dream.
2. Physical Health & Movement: Move Every Day
Your body is your engine. This block is dedicated to workouts, walks, outdoor activities, and any movement that makes you stronger. Report format: write down how many steps you walked, what exercises you did, and how you felt afterwards. The key is consistency.
3. Nutrition & Energy: Fuel Your Body and Mind
Proper nutrition is fuel for both body and mind. Here we track what and how you eat, count calories or simply note good and bad habits. Every day, participants share what they ate and what changes they noticed in their energy and well-being.
4. Career & Work: Grow in Work and Business
Career and projects are what we create in the world. In this block, we set work, business, or study-related goals and record completed tasks and results. Report format: briefly describe what you did today for growth — a new skill, a completed task, a decision, or a contact.
5. People & Environment: Build Strong Connections
Our environment shapes us more than we think. This block helps you strengthen relationships, find time for family, friends, and like-minded people. Reports can be simple: who you spent time with, who you talked to, or what contribution you made to your relationships.
6. Hobbies & Inspiration: Live With Joy and Passion
Hobbies, travel, and creativity bring vibrant colors to life. In this block, we track everything that brings joy and inspiration. Each day, participants share what they did for the soul — reading, music, painting, or exploring new places.
