The project consists of preparing permit drawings for submission to the local building department. -Scope of Work The selected freelancer will prepare the following: -Architectural * Proposed Floor Plan * ADA Accessibility Plan * Life Safety Plan * Means of Egress * Location of required Life Safety Equipment -Structural * Structural details required to support the proposed tenant improvement. -Electrical * Lighting Plan * Power/Receptacle Plan -Plumbing * Plumbing Plan -Mechanical Coordination The project includes coordination of: * HVAC Load Calculations * Energy Calculations * Duct Layout - Information Provided The successful freelancer will receive: * Existing floor plan with dimensions * Project requirements * Client comments * Support during the design process -Deliverables * Complete permit-ready drawing set in PDF * Editable CAD files (AutoCAD preferred) * Ability to revise drawings based on plan review comments (if required) -Requirements Please apply only if you: * Have experience designing commercial tenant improvements in the United States. * Have previous experience with dental offices, medical offices, or healthcare facilities. * Are proficient in AutoCAD (Revit is a plus). * Can communicate effectively in English. * Can provide examples of similar permit drawing sets. -To Apply Please include: 1.
