Gate. 这个职位为何存在？ 随着平台全景化业务的快速扩张，多语言文本、图片等场景下的欺诈引流、黑灰、产对抗形式日益严峻。该职位旨在建立一道坚固的交易所社交内容安全防线。 解决什么问题： 解决多语种多产品线生态下，传统风控手段对复杂欺诈变体、多模态（图文结合）违规行为（特别是引流）识别率低、对抗滞后的问题。补全目前风控团队缺失的内容风控能力板块，赋能交易所核心业务。 为什么现在需要它： 目前不法用户通过平台提供的社交功能大肆散播引流、欺诈图文，已经严重负面影响到C2C、代理、增长等核心业务，且风控团队内部暂时缺少内容风控领域人才和技术储备，急需有内容对抗经验的专家进来建设体系化的内容治理能力。 核心职责（3-5条） 1、构建全球多语言、多场景下的内容安全策略矩阵，针对欺诈、引流等违规行为搭建事前防御、事中监控、事后治理的全链路体系。 2、主导黑词库、黑图库等风控基础设施建设，推进文本与图片融合的多模态内容安全识别体系落地。 3、驱动多语言NLP模型及多模态融合模型的应用与高频迭代，深度联动算法团队，将前沿AI/Agent技术转化为实际的风控生产力。 4、建立可量化的内容安全效果评估体系，对风控核心指标进行深度拆解与数据漏斗分析，确保策略的精准度与召回率。 理想候选人是什么样的？ 1、具备敏锐的嗅觉与死磕到底的对抗精神： 对海内外社交生态中的违规变体有天然的警惕性，享受与黑灰、产博弈的过程，能从微弱的异常数据中揪出系统性风险。 2、拥有自驱型的“破局者”思维： 不满足于现成规则，面对小语种对抗等模糊、复杂的场景，能够主动拥抱AI Agent等新工具，自发寻找技术边界来拆解难题。 3、具备出色的跨界协同力： 既懂业务策略又能与研发“讲同一种语言”，能平衡风控效果与业务打扰 吸引人的亮点 1、真正的全景化视野与前沿AI实战场景： 你将直接操盘头部交易所的核心安全命脉，亲手将经典内容风控体系、AI Agent及多模态大模型推向千万级用户的实战对抗一线...
