The U.S. Department of State’s Embassy Lomé announces an open competition to implement programs that strengthen the strategic relationship between the United States and Togo. This foreign assistance opportunity seeks targeted, results‑oriented projects that promote economic growth, enhance security cooperation, and highlight American innovation and leadership. The program’s main goals are to support commercial ties that create jobs and drive innovation, encourage co-funding between U.S. and Togolese organizations, and shift our relationship from “aid to trade”. We also aim to deepen security ties by supporting joint efforts in law enforcement, protecting critical infrastructure, and promoting Togo’s role in regional stability. In addition, we want to showcase American excellence through the Freedom 250 campaign, underscore U.S. leadership in technology and diplomacy, and expand English language and entrepreneurship education that supports workforce readiness and market‑relevant skills. Through this call for applications, Embassy Lomé reaffirms its commitment to advancing U.S. foreign policy priorities by promoting prosperity, security, and innovation in ways that deliver tangible returns for the United States and American taxpayers, while also supporting Togo’s progress toward greater self‑reliance. We invite focused, impactful proposals that will deepen the U.S.-Togo cooperati... |

The actual amount available to be awarded under this NOFO will be subject to the availability of funds, including reductions from the authorized funding amounts due to the imposition of the obligation limitation for the Federal-aid highway program per the provisions of the annual appropriations acts. Per statute, 50 percent of NSFLTP funds per fiscal year must be used for projects on Tribal transportation facilities and 50 percent used for projects on Federal lands transportation facilities and Federal lands access transportation facilities (Fixing America’s Surface Transportation (FAST) Act § 1123(h)(1), as amended). Of the latter category, FHWA must award funding to at least one eligible project per fiscal year submitted by the U.S. National Park Service (NPS) for a unit of the National Park System with at least three million annual visitors (FAST Act § 1123(h)(2), as amended). There is no minimum or maximum award amount for NSFLTP Program awards. |

The National Coastal Wetlands Conservation Grant Program supports the long‐term conservation of coastal wetland ecosystems for the benefit of coastal communities, fish and wildlife and their habitats, and the recreating public. The Program provides designated State and Territory agencies with cost sharing awards for projects that protect and restore valuable coastal wetland resources. Projects may include the acquisition of real property interests in a coastal wetland ecosystem and the restoration, enhancement, or management of coastal wetlands.Coastal wetlands are valued because they protect against flooding, help maintain water quality, and provide habitats for fish and wildlife. Coastal environments are also important economically, generating billions of dollars annually through recreational and commercial fishing, boating, and tourism. The Program is co-administered by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service's Coastal Program and the Office of Conservation Investment. For more information, visit the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service's National Coastal Wetlands Conservation Grants Home Page. |

Reissue PAR-21-122. This NOFO provides funding to conduct pharmacodynamic, pharmacokinetic, and in vivo efficacy studies to demonstrate that proposed therapeutic agent(s) have sufficient biological activity to warrant further development to treat neurological or neuromuscular disorders that fall under the NINDS mission. Therapeutic agents include small molecules, biologics or biotechnology-derived products. This FOA is part of a suite of Innovation Grants to Nurture Initial Translational Efforts (IGNITE) to advance projects to the point where they can meet the entry criteria for the Blueprint Neurotherapeutics Network or other translational programs. |

The Office of Research Infrastructure Programs (ORIP) encourages grant applications aimed at developing, characterizing, or improving research models of human health and diseases; developing biology based new approach methodologies (NAMs) applicable to human health and diseases; or improving access to information about or generated from the use of models of human disease. The models, including NAMs, and related biological materials developed must be broadly applicable to the scientific interests of two or more NIH Institutes or Centers (ICs) and must evaluate diseases and processes that impact multiple organ systems in order to align with the ORIP"s NIH-wide mission and programs. Applications must describe the need for and the potential impact of the proposed resources on the research community across a range of scientific disciplines supported by multiple NIH ICs. Applications to develop models that relate strictly to a specific disease or a select area of research or that do not have a broad impact on the NIH-wide research community will not be accepted. Projects that predominantly address the research interests of one NIH IC but are only peripherally related to the research interests of other ICs will also not be accepted, if submitted in response to this notice of funding opportunity (NOFO). |
