What is breath work?
It is intentionally taking control of your breath and diaphragm and learning to harness them together.
It works by controlling your inhalation and exhalation through learning and practising different techniques to control the speed, volume and rate of breath to achieve different outcomes.
It can be harnessed for relaxation and stress relief or to aid sports performance, VO2 max, recovery, optimise gas exchange, to give clarity of thinking and focus in times of stress or high performance.
