The purpose of this notice of funding opportunity (NOFO) is to expand the network of institutes working with CDC to help eliminate or control non-malaria parasitic threats and neglected tropical diseases (NTDs). This NOFO will focus on threats and diseases that may affect Americans at home or abroad or whose elimination or control would serve other U.S. priorities. This program will also support research that will provide tools and information to improve NTD and parasitic disease program activities. The program will also integrate evaluation and surveillance activities for multiple NTDs and other parasitic diseases.

The Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) provides temporary housing and care for children who arrive in the United States alone. These are children who are under 18 years old, don't have legal permission to be in the U.S., and don't have a parent or legal guardian in the U.S. who can take care of them. ORR runs the Home Study and Post-Release Services Program to help these children. Before placing a child with a sponsor, ORR carefully checks potential homes to make sure they're safe and appropriate. After placement, ORR provides ongoing support to help children and their sponsors succeed. This support helps children adjust to living with their sponsor, connect with their community, stay safe and healthy, and navigate the immigration court process. The goal is to make sure children are placed in safe homes and have the support they need to thrive while their immigration cases move forward.

​​This notice announces the opportunity to apply for funding under the Rural Health Research Dissemination Program. The purpose of this program is to fund an entity to disseminate and promote rural health services research to broad audiences, such as decision makers and rural stakeholders at national, state, and community levels. FORHP funds health services research through the Rural Health Research Center (RHRC) Program and other cooperative agreements. The successful applicant for this program will develop and maintain a website that catalogs this research so that it is easily and freely accessible to the public. The successful applicant will also develop and maintain strategies to disseminate this research through a variety of innovative mechanisms including (but not limited to) a listserv, social media accounts, presentations, and exhibits at national conferences, and webinars.​

This notice announces the opportunity to apply for funding under the Rural Health Clinic Technical Assistance Program. The Rural Health Clinic Technical Assistance (RHC TA) Program funds an entity to provide technical assistance (TA) to Rural Health Clinics (RHCs) through targeted support, specialized expertise, and guidance. The purpose of this program is to:Identify key policy, regulatory, programmatic, and clinical issues facing RHCs.Inform RHCs and other rural stakeholders about key RHC issues that affect, or could affect, health care delivery and improve care. This program will fund one entity to provide rural stakeholders with timely access to data analysis on pressing rural health issues. The goal of this award is to fund analysis that furthers understanding on emerging factors that affect rural health to improve health care in rural America. ​

The Technology-enabled Collaborative Learning Program will support the use of technology-enabled collaborative learning to improve retention of health care providers and increase access to health care services in rural and underserved areas and populations.

The purpose of the Rural Community Health Support Program cooperative agreement is to develop, deliver, and coordinate nationally available technical assistance that supports community-based organizations and rural health stakeholders serving rural populations to improve and expand delivery and access to quality care for rural communities.

This announcement (NOFO) encourages applications for multi-center clinical trials focused on neurological emergencies. Successful applicants will collaborate and conduct the trial within the NIH SIREN Network. The NIH SIREN Clinical Coordinating Center (CCC) will work with the successful applicants to implement the proposed trial efficiently and the SIREN Data Coordinating Center (DCC) will provide statistical and data management support. The NIH SIREN hubs and their affiliated clinical sites will provide on-site implementation of the clinical protocols.The NIH SIREN Network will also be uniquely poised to collaborate with other US and international consortia necessary to conduct larger, definitive trials of promising interventions for neurological emergencies.Multi-center clinical trials in stroke treatment, recovery, or prevention supported by NINDS will be conducted in the NIH StrokeNet, and not within SIREN. The purpose of this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) is to solicit applications for a new Clinical Trial Center (CTC) and up to seven Clinical Centers (CCs) for the HeartShare 2.0 program. The CTC will coordinate precision clinical trial activities focused on heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF), including master protocol development, project management, recruitment oversight, performance milestones, and scientific conduct of trials. The CCs will recruit and retain heart failure patients and controls. The CCs will participate in all aspects of conducting a deep phenotyping protocol and longitudinal follow-up of HFpEF patients; obtaining tissue biopsies; and recruiting patients for future clinical trials.Eligible applicants may submit proposals for either the CTC or CC, but must have different PIs. Eligibility for additional information. The NHLBI is announcing its intent to issue a single source cooperative agreement to Northwestern University. This NOFO solicits a renewal of the Data Translation Center for an ongoing NHLBI phenomics program, HeartShare, to coordinate the overall project, continue to oversee enrollment of a cohort of patients with heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF), curate and analyze prospective deep phenotyping data, and support planning, implementation, and data analysis for clinical trials. This Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) solicits cooperative agreement research applications to support a multidisciplinary program titled "Accelerating Product Excellence in Innovation and for Clinical Adoption" (APEx), that will facilitate advancement of promising strategies and products for tissue engineering and regenerative medicine (TE/RM). APEx will be composed of Resource Centers (RCs) and associated Interdisciplinary Translational Projects (ITPs) in the area of therapeutics (including adult stem cell-based treatments), sensors, and diagnostics. This Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) requests applications for Kidney Precision Medicine Project (KPMP) Recruitment Sites (RS) to enroll people with Acute Kidney Injuries (AKI) and/or Chronic Kidney Diseases (CKD) into a longitudinal biopsy cohort study. The purpose of the Early Childhood Comprehensive Systems SEED Project: Scaling Effective Early Childhood Systems Development (ECCS SEED) is to address the root causes of chronic disease in early childhood by improving families" access to health care, screening kids early for physical and mental health needs, and connecting parents to services that enable them to provide for their children. The ECCS SEED Project will partner with states and communities to support evidence-based strategies that improve access to quality care for prenatal-to-age-5 (P-5) families and promote healthy child development and family well-being.

The Office of the Assistant Secretary for Health (OASH), Office of Population Affairs (OPA) anticipates the availability of funds for Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 grants under the authority of Division B of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2026 (Public Law No. 119–75).
