The purpose of this funding opportunity is to fund one organization to implement and evaluate tailored technical assistance (TA) to Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) recipients. The purpose of this initiative is to support the uptake of interventions by providing tailored, needs-based TA to RWHAP recipients and providers to address barriers to intervention start-up, such as competing priorities and not knowing how to adapt interventions to fit their organizational structures or client populations. By providing tailored TA and a one-time funding amount to cover start-up costs, RWHAP recipients and providers will be able to address these barriers and strengthen their ability to integrate and sustain innovative HIV care models. The adoption of these interventions across the HIV health care system will improve HIV health outcomes and reduce transmission of HIV. ​​The purpose of the National HIV Clinical Training for Residents Program is to expand the HIV workforce by training residents from clinical disciplines to prevent, diagnose, treat, and link individuals with HIV to care. The funds will go to one recipient who will partner with up to eight (8) geographically dispersed residency programs to provide education, training, and technical assistance to residents to enhance their capacity to provide HIV care and treatment within the health care delivery system. ​

The Infertility Training Center will provide training and technical assistance to Title X grantees to help them: to (1) educate on the root causes of infertility and the broad range of holistic infertility treatments and referrals available to patients both within and outside Title X-funded clinics; (2) promote access to robust body literacy education and fertility awareness-based methods to address root causes of infertility, such as reproductive health conditions, such as endometriosis, polycystic ovary syndrome, and thyroid conditions, well before patients may be aware that they are experience challenges with fertility; (3) expand and enhance root cause infertility testing, treatments, and referrals available within Title X-funded clinics to enable patients to receive as many personalized and comprehensive infertility services needed as possible within the Title X-funded clinic for fertility restoration; (4) enhance referrals between Title X-funded clinics and root cause infertility specialists, including fertility awareness-based method trained professionals and minimally invasive surgeons, to ensure patient-centered care.

This notice solicits applications for projects under the Center for Indigenous Innovation and Health (CIIH) initiative. The Office of Citizen Exchanges, Youth Programs Division of the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) is pleased to announce an open competition for the FY 2026 Youth Ambassadors program. Proposals may be submitted to implement one, or more, of eight program options outlined in this solicitation. A different proposal must be submitted for each program option, if applying for more than one. The U.S. Department of State’s Consulate General Toronto announces an open competition to implement a program to provide Canadian university students with a short-term study tour in the United States that provides a deeper understanding of America’s founding history and values. The program will include visits to locations of historical significance associated with the American Revolution, creation of the U.S. Constitution, and establishment of an independent United States, as well as to cultural and educational institutions that highlight American excellence.  These visits will be paired with lectures and discussions by U.S. experts on American history, federalism, and the U.S. Constitution, and how this history informs American values and policy today. The U.S. Department of State’s Embassy Algiers is launching a competitive program to catalyze innovation and commerce between the United States and Algeria and advance key U.S. foreign policy priorities. This opportunity supports the continued operation of the National Mass Violence Center (NMVC) in preparing for and responding to mass violence incidents; providing services, training, and education; and developing best practices, tools, and strategies to support mass violence victims. The NMVC supports communities experiencing mass violence, including in-person and virtual support for law enforcement and other first responders, survivors, and families. These include assistance implementing victim services (including mental health care and other emergency supports); creating recovery centers; and helping jurisdictions prepare to respond to victims of these incidents. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Coral Reef Conservation Program provides financial assistance through the Ruth D. The United States has a strong tradition of hard work, entrepreneurship, and local leadership that has powered economic growth. American communities succeed by building on what they do best — innovating, strengthening key industries, and coordinating business, workforce, and community leadership to deliver results. CSP invests in American and international community leaders interested in learning from proven U.S. approaches to regional economic growth. The purpose of this funding announcement is to demonstrate and evaluate the scalability of person-centered and evidence-based approaches to falls prevention that leverage clinical and community partnerships and related data and technology tools. ACL intends to award a single cooperative agreement to one grantee for a three-year project period with the expectation that the grantee will fund up to three demonstrations. This award will build on the ACL Innovation Lab to demonstrate the scaling of person-centered and evidence-based approaches to falls prevention and related chronic disease management programs through community care hubs and their respective clinical partners and community-based organizations in the aging services network. The successful applicant will be expected to collaborate with ACL in the design and implementation of these demonstrations in the scalability of falls prevention and related chronic disease management interventions through approximately three advanced community care hubs that support care transitions and screening for the risk of falls. They should also have the capacity to 1) do rapid cycle evaluation to iterate and improve the impact of the interventions as they are scaled and, 2) administer sub-awards to community care hubs that can implement and scale person-centered interventions enabled by artificial intelligence, data analytics, assistive technology, virtual delivery of interventions, tools to support consumer behaviors, and related data infrastructure.

The primary goal of the Native American Resource Center (NARC) will be to enhance the knowledge about older adults in American Indian, Alaskan Native, and Native Hawaiin (AI/AN/NH), community, thereby increase and improve the delivery of services to elders. The NARC will focus on the development and provision of technical information. The NARC's will have a national focus and direct its resource to one or more of the primary concerns in their application which includes health issues, long term care, including in-home care; elder abuse; and other problems and issues facing AI, AN and NH older populations. The NARC's objective will be to 1) gather information, 2) performance research, and 3) provide dissemination of results of research and provide technical assistance and training, to entities that provide services to the targeted older adult population in the AI, AN, and NH communities.
