The Infertility Training Center will provide training and technical assistance to Title X grantees to help them: to (1) educate on the root causes of infertility and the broad range of holistic infertility treatments and referrals available to patients both within and outside Title X-funded clinics; (2) promote access to robust body literacy education and fertility awareness-based methods to address root causes of infertility, such as reproductive health conditions, such as endometriosis, polycystic ovary syndrome, and thyroid conditions, well before patients may be aware that they are experience challenges with fertility; (3) expand and enhance root cause infertility testing, treatments, and referrals available within Title X-funded clinics to enable patients to receive as many personalized and comprehensive infertility services needed as possible within the Title X-funded clinic for fertility restoration; (4) enhance referrals between Title X-funded clinics and root cause infertility specialists, including fertility awareness-based method trained professionals and minimally invasive surgeons, to ensure patient-centered care.

Multistate Conservation Grants (MSCG) are authorized under 16 U.S.C. 669h-2 and 16 U.S.C. 777m, providing funding for wildlife restoration and sport fish restoration projects and recruitment, retention and reactivation (R3) projects that address regional or national priority needs of State fish and wildlife agencies and their partners that are beyond the scale, scope, and capabilities of a single State. The priority needs, also known as Strategic Priorities, are identified annually by the Association of Fish and Wildlife Agencies (AFWA) with input from State fish and wildlife agencies and their partners. Recipients awarded Traditional Multistate Conservation Grants (T-MSCG) may use the funds for wildlife or sport fish projects involving research, restoration, conservation and management of wild birds, wild mammals, sport fish, and their habitats. These funds may also be used for projects providing for public use and benefit from these resources, including hunter safety and education, aquatic education, and recruitment, retention and reactivation (R3) projects and other purposes consistent with the enabling legislation. Recipients awarded R3 Multistate Conservation Grants (R3-MSCG) may use the funds for hunting and target shooting R3 projects that promote a national hunting and target shooting recruitment program, including related communication and outreach activities. Multistate Conservation Grants are awarded by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS), and the FWS and AFWA work cooperatively to manage the grant program.

The Transitional Housing program funds transitional housing and support services for victims who are homeless or in need of transitional housing or other housing assistance because of domestic/dating violence, sexual assault, or stalking (VAWA crimes). Eligible applicants are Tribal, state, and local governments and organizations with a documented history of effective work concerning VAWA crimes.

The National Park Service"s (NPS) African American Civil Rights Grant Program (AACR) will document and preserve the sites and stories of the full history of the African American struggle to gain equal rights, from transatlantic slave trade forward. The program funds history and preservation projects using the NPS report, Civil Rights in America, A Framework for Identifying Significant Sites, as a guide in determining the appropriateness of proposed projects and properties. AACR grants are funded by the Historic Preservation Fund (HPF), administered by the NPS, and will fund a broad range of preservation projects for historic sites including: architectural services, historic structure reports, preservation plans, and physical preservation to structures. The U.S. Embassy Amman, U.S. Department of State, announces an open competition to implement a program to strengthen the capacity of Jordanian entrepreneurs to invest in the U.S. market through SelectUSA programs including the SelectUSA Investment Summit, SelectUSA Tech, and Select Global Women in Tech. The Justice for Families program supports activities to improve the response of the civil and criminal justice system to families with a history of domestic/dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking, or in cases involving child sexual abuse. Activities should improve the capacity of courts and communities to respond to families through court-based and court-related programs; supervised visitation and safe exchange of children and youth by and between parents; training for people who work with families in the court system; and civil legal assistance and advocacy services to victims and nonoffending parents. Eligible applicants are Tribal, state, and local governments, courts, nonprofit organizations, legal services providers, and victim service providers.

While working to implement Cures Act provisions, ONC identified gaps with respect to leveraging EHR data to support population-level analyses and delivery of services, as well as integrating clinical knowledge into routine clinical practice. The Office of Citizen Exchanges, Youth Programs Division of the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) is pleased to announce an open competition for the FY 2026 Youth Ambassadors program. Proposals may be submitted to implement one, or more, of eight program options outlined in this solicitation. A different proposal must be submitted for each program option, if applying for more than one. The Youth Ambassadors program provides groups of youth and adult mentor (select programs) participants from select countries in the regions of Sub-Saharan Africa (AF), East Asia and Pacific (EAP), Europe and Eurasia (EUR), Middle East and North Africa (NEA), South Central Asia (SCA), the Western Hemisphere (WHA), and the United States of America (USA) , with a three-week exchange focusing on youth leadership. The U.S. Department of State’s Consulate General Toronto announces an open competition to implement a program to provide Canadian university students with a short-term study tour in the United States that provides a deeper understanding of America’s founding history and values. The program will include visits to locations of historical significance associated with the American Revolution, creation of the U.S. Constitution, and establishment of an independent United States, as well as to cultural and educational institutions that highlight American excellence.  These visits will be paired with lectures and discussions by U.S. experts on American history, federalism, and the U.S. Constitution, and how this history informs American values and policy today. Participants will develop a project after completing the study tour that amplifies their learning and experience and shares the information from their program with a broader Canadian audience. The target audience is Canadian citizens studying American Studies, history, political science or other relevant fields at the undergraduate or graduate level at Canadian universities. The program advances the goal of communicating America’s story of excellence and leadership, cultivating a cohort of future Canadian leaders in education, government, and international relations with a positive view of the United States who view the United States as a trusted partner.

This project will support the development of sustainable maritime legal capacity within the Philippine Office of the Solicitor General (OSG), the Department of Justice (DOJ), and other relevant agencies. Through technical training, legal advisory support, interagency coordination, and professional exchanges, the initiative aims to strengthen institutional expertise in maritime law, UNCLOS, arbitration, litigation strategy, and maritime case development. The project will support establishment of long-term training and knowledge-transfer mechanisms, including a multiyear training roadmap, Training-of-Trainers framework, and development of maritime legal reference materials. By building durable, in-house maritime legal expertise and strengthening rules-based approaches to maritime legal issues, the initiative supports regional stability, lawful commerce, and partner self-reliance in the Indo-Pacific.

The U.S. Department of State’s Embassy Algiers is launching a competitive program to catalyze innovation and commerce between the United States and Algeria and advance key U.S. foreign policy priorities. The initiative aims to strengthen commercial ties, expand market access for American companies, and promote American business models and technology, particularly in entrepreneurship and artificial intelligence as well as English language development[MS1.1]. Target audiences include Algerian students and young leaders (ages 18-35), entrepreneurs, and mid-career professionals, with a focus on building partnerships between U.S. and Algerian institutions and improving knowledge relevant to U.S. business and technology standards. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Coral Reef Conservation Program provides financial assistance through the Ruth D. Gates Coral Reef Conservation Grants - Fishery Management competition for projects to sustainably manage coral reef fisheries, as authorized under the Coral Reef Conservation Act, 16 U.S.C. § 6410. The Rural Grant Program helps states and territories, Indian Tribes, local governments, and nonprofits to enhance safety and justice for child, youth, and adult victims in rural communities. It funds victim services (such as advocacy, legal assistance, and shelter), investigation, prosecution, adjudication, parole and probation, and other ways of addressing domestic and sexual violence. Per 34 U.S.C. § 12341(a), these grants are meant to encourage collaboration, establish and expand nonprofit victim services, increase safety and well-being for women and children in rural communities, and ensure victims in rural areas have access to sexual assault medical forensic exams.

The Legal Assistance for Victims Grant Program increases access to legal assistance for victims of domestic/dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking who are seeking relief in legal matters relating to or arising out of that abuse or violence. It funds projects that provide comprehensive legal assistance, as defined in 34 U.S.C. § 12291(a)(24). The projects must include organizations that have a mission and history of providing direct services to victims of domestic/dating violence, sexual assault, or stalking.

The U.S. Department of State’s Embassy Ottawa announces an open competition to implement a program to connect U.S. citizen talent, including subject matter experts, artists and cultural professionals, and current and former American athletes and coaches, with Canadian audiences and institutions on topics of strategic importance to the United States.
