The National Park Service"s (NPS) African American Civil Rights Grant Program (AACR) will document and preserve the sites and stories of the full history of the African American struggle to gain equal rights, from transatlantic slave trade forward. The program funds history and preservation projects using the NPS report, Civil Rights in America, A Framework for Identifying Significant Sites, as a guide in determining the appropriateness of proposed projects and properties. AACR grants are funded by the Historic Preservation Fund (HPF), administered by the NPS, and will fund a broad range of preservation projects for historic sites including: architectural services, historic structure reports, preservation plans, and physical preservation to structures. Properties must be listed or eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places to be eligible for grant funding. The U.S. Embassy Amman, U.S. Department of State, announces an open competition to implement a program to strengthen the capacity of Jordanian entrepreneurs to invest in the U.S. market through SelectUSA programs including the SelectUSA Investment Summit, SelectUSA Tech, and Select Global Women in Tech. SelectUSA and the SelectUSA Investment Summit and programs are U.S. Department of Commerce-led initiatives that promote investment in the United States.This program will develop a cohort of 15 Jordan-based entrepreneurs working in U.S. priority sectors through a two-phase readiness program. The Justice for Families program supports activities to improve the response of the civil and criminal justice system to families with a history of domestic/dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking, or in cases involving child sexual abuse. Activities should improve the capacity of courts and communities to respond to families through court-based and court-related programs; supervised visitation and safe exchange of children and youth by and between parents; training for people who work with families in the court system; and civil legal assistance and advocacy services to victims and nonoffending parents. Eligible applicants are Tribal, state, and local governments, courts, nonprofit organizations, legal services providers, and victim service providers.

While working to implement Cures Act provisions, ONC identified gaps with respect to leveraging EHR data to support population-level analyses and delivery of services, as well as integrating clinical knowledge into routine clinical practice. The reasons for these gaps range from a lack of data standards and interoperability to the digitization, integration, and presentation of new evidence into clinical workflows in safe, useful, and useable ways. The Office of Citizen Exchanges, Youth Programs Division of the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) is pleased to announce an open competition for the FY 2026 Youth Ambassadors program. Proposals may be submitted to implement one, or more, of eight program options outlined in this solicitation. A different proposal must be submitted for each program option, if applying for more than one. The Youth Ambassadors program provides groups of youth and adult mentor (select programs) participants from select countries in the regions of Sub-Saharan Africa (AF), East Asia and Pacific (EAP), Europe and Eurasia (EUR), Middle East and North Africa (NEA), South Central Asia (SCA), the Western Hemisphere (WHA), and the United States of America (USA) , with a three-week exchange focusing on youth leadership. The U.S. Department of State’s Consulate General Toronto announces an open competition to implement a program to provide Canadian university students with a short-term study tour in the United States that provides a deeper understanding of America’s founding history and values. The program will include visits to locations of historical significance associated with the American Revolution, creation of the U.S. Constitution, and establishment of an independent United States, as well as to cultural and educational institutions that highlight American excellence.  These visits will be paired with lectures and discussions by U.S. experts on American history, federalism, and the U.S. Constitution, and how this history informs American values and policy today. Participants will develop a project after completing the study tour that amplifies their learning and experience and shares the information from their program with a broader Canadian audience. The target audience is Canadian citizens studying American Studies, history, political science or other relevant fields at the undergraduate or graduate level at Canadian universities. The program advances the goal of communicating America’s story of excellence and leadership, cultivating a cohort of future Canadian leaders in education, government, and international relations with a positive view of the United States who view the United States as a trusted partner.

The Office of the Assistant Secretary for Health (OASH), Office of Population Affairs (OPA) anticipates the availability of funds for Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 grants under the authority of Title X of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 300 et seq.). OPA plans to solicit applications for projects to conduct research or analyses that would make significant contributions to the mission of OPA and to the family planning fields. OPA plans to fund a new set of research grants to explore questions that aim to improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of Title X family planning services. These grants are for projects that can be conducted within two to three years, such as secondary data analyses or small applied research projects. OPA anticipates making available approximately $1,500,000 for an estimated six (6) awards in the range of $200,000 to $500,000 per year for a period of 2-3 years (12-month budget periods). This project will support the development of sustainable maritime legal capacity within the Philippine Office of the Solicitor General (OSG), the Department of Justice (DOJ), and other relevant agencies. Through technical training, legal advisory support, interagency coordination, and professional exchanges, the initiative aims to strengthen institutional expertise in maritime law, UNCLOS, arbitration, litigation strategy, and maritime case development. The project will support establishment of long-term training and knowledge-transfer mechanisms, including a multiyear training roadmap, Training-of-Trainers framework, and development of maritime legal reference materials. By building durable, in-house maritime legal expertise and strengthening rules-based approaches to maritime legal issues, the initiative supports regional stability, lawful commerce, and partner self-reliance in the Indo-Pacific.

The U.S. Department of State’s Embassy Algiers is launching a competitive program to catalyze innovation and commerce between the United States and Algeria and advance key U.S. foreign policy priorities. The initiative aims to strengthen commercial ties, expand market access for American companies, and promote American business models and technology, particularly in entrepreneurship and artificial intelligence as well as English language development[MS1.1]. The purpose of this Notice of Funding Opportunity is to support one organization through a cooperative agreement to serve as the National Chronic Disease Self-Management Education (CDSME) Resource Center. This center will act as a central connector to the aging network for the discretionary and formula funded CDSME grants. It will offer individualized and tiered technical assistance, high-quality education, and a wide range of resources to increase the number of older adults and adults with disabilities who participate in evidence based CDSME and Self-Management Support Programs. The Resource Center will help the network provide cost-effective services that align with the purposes of the Older Americans Act, Title III-D. Cooperative agreements under the ADPI funding Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO), are intended to support and promote the development and expansion of dementia-capable home and community-based service (HCBS) systems in States and Communities. There are two application options contained in this single NOFO: Grants to States (Option A) and Grants to Communities (Option B). The purpose of the Assistive Technology (AT) Alternative Financing Program (AFP) is to support programs that provide for the purchase of AT, such as a low-interest loan fund, an interest buy-down program, a revolving loan fund, a loan guarantee, or an insurance program, that results in the acquisition of AT devices and services. Applicants for the AT AFP grant awards are required to provide an assurance that, and information describing the manner in which, the AT AFP will expand and emphasize consumer choice and control. Applicants should incorporate credit-building activities in their programs, including financial education and information about other possible funding sources. Successful applicants must emphasize consumer choice and control and build programs that will provide financing for the full array of AT devices and services and ensure that all people with disabilities, regardless of type of disability or health condition, age, level of income, and residence, have access to the program.

This is a notice of funding opportunity (NOFO) for the OVC FY 2026 National Mass Violence Center. This opportunity supports the continued operation of the National Mass Violence Center (NMVC) in preparing for and responding to mass violence incidents; providing services, training, and education; and developing best practices, tools, and strategies to support mass violence victims. The NMVC supports communities experiencing mass violence, including in-person and virtual support for law enforcement and other first responders, survivors, and families. These include assistance implementing victim services (including mental health care and other emergency supports); creating recovery centers; and helping jurisdictions prepare to respond to victims of these incidents. Planning allows stakeholders (e.g., first responders, emergency managers, health professionals, victim services providers, government representatives, faith leaders) to build on and enhance existing emergency response plans to ensure the needs of victims, families, and first responders are addressed after these incidents. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Coral Reef Conservation Program provides financial assistance through the Ruth D. Gates Coral Reef Conservation Grants - Fishery Management competition for projects to sustainably manage coral reef fisheries, as authorized under the Coral Reef Conservation Act, 16 U.S.C. § 6410. Projects funded through this competition are for activities that: 1) Develop or update sustainable coral reef fisheries management plans; 2) Address science/information gaps that help advance sustainable management of coral reef fisheries stocks; 3) Advance ecosystem-based fisheries management by modernizing analysis of existing data and application of fisheries management tools. CoC Builds provides funding for construction, acquisition, or rehabilitation of new units of PSH for individuals and families experiencing homelessness where one member of the household has a disability.
