The Federal Transit Administration (FTA) announces the opportunity to apply for approximately $166 million in competitive grants for the Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 Competitive Grants for Rail Vehicle Replacement (Rail) Program.

To support the efforts of States, Tribal governments, and research institutions to promote the domestic maple syrup industry through the following activities: promotion of research and education related to maple syrup production, promotion of natural resource sustainability in the maple syrup industry, market promotion for maple syrup and maple-sap products, Encouragement of owners and operators of privately held land containing species of trees in the genus Acer: to initiate or expand maple-sugaring activities on the land; or to voluntarily make the land available, including by lease or other means, for access by the public for maple-sugaring activities.

The Sexual Assault Services Formula Program (SAS Formula Program), per 34 U.S.C. § 12511(a)(1), assists states and territories in providing “intervention, advocacy, accompaniment, support services, and related assistance for adult, youth, and child victims of sexual assault, family and household members of such victims, and those collaterally affected by the victimization, except for the perpetrator of such victimization.”

This is a notice of funding opportunity (NOFO) for the OVC FY 2026 Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) Victim Assistance Formula Grant. This opportunity provides an annual VOCA victim assistance grant to all states and most territories to provide subgrants to local organizations and public agencies that provide services directly to crime victims. Examples of services provided include crisis counseling, telephone and onsite information and referrals, criminal justice support and advocacy, shelter, therapy, and additional assistance.

This is a notice of funding opportunity (NOFO) for the OVC FY 2026 Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) Victim Compensation Formula Grant. Eligible victim compensation programs can use these funds to provide crime victims with compensation, support, and services to aid their restoration after criminal violence, including costs associated with medical fees, lost income, dependent care, funeral expenses, and relocation expenses.

The MCH Workforce Development and Training Center provides training, technical assistance, and workforce development opportunities to strengthen the current and future maternal and child (MCH) workforce. The Center equips state Title V Maternal and Child Health Services Block Grant Program (Title V) leaders, staff, and other MCH professionals with the skills and tools to address MCH needs in their communities and advance outcomes nationwide.

The Telehealth Centers of Excellence program will support academic medical centers in implementing and evaluating innovative telehealth solutions in rural and underserved communities. These centers will serve as national models by testing concepts and creating proven approaches that expand access to care and improve health outcomes and can be replicated nationally.

This is a notice of funding opportunity (NOFO) for the OJP FY 2026 Special Attorneys Program. This program will support state, local, Tribal, and territorial prosecuting agencies to assign or hire qualified prosecutors to serve full-time or part-time (on a case-by-case basis) as Special Attorneys under the direction of the National Fraud Enforcement Division or the Criminal Division, or to serve as Special Assistant United States Attorneys (SAUSAs) within a United States Attorney’s Office. These “cross-designated” prosecutors will remain employees of their home agencies but will investigate and prosecute assigned fraud and other crimes committed by aliens within the United States (hereafter referred to as “criminal aliens”) for the duration of their appointment under this program. Cross-designated prosecutors may also be assigned cases involving drug or human trafficking committed within the United States. The National Fraud Enforcement Division, Criminal Division, and United States Attorney’s Offices will coordinate with selected prosecutor offices on a case-by-case basis to address logistics and any unique local circumstances. This grant program, authorized under Public Law 119-21, Title X, Subtitle A, Part II, Section 100055 (codified at 34 U.S.C. § 61101), is intended to strengthen investigative and prosecutorial capacity, expand intergovernmental coordination, and enhance the ability of jurisdictions to investigate and prosecute fraud and other crimes committed by aliens within the United States, as well as investigate and prosecute drug and human trafficking crimes. The National Coastal Wetlands Conservation Grant Program supports the long‐term conservation of coastal wetland ecosystems for the benefit of coastal communities, fish and wildlife and their habitats, and the recreating public. The Program provides designated State and Territory agencies with cost sharing awards for projects that protect and restore valuable coastal wetland resources. Projects may include the acquisition of real property interests in a coastal wetland ecosystem and the restoration, enhancement, or management of coastal wetlands.Coastal wetlands are valued because they protect against flooding, help maintain water quality, and provide habitats for fish and wildlife. Coastal environments are also important economically, generating billions of dollars annually through recreational and commercial fishing, boating, and tourism.The Program is co-administered by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service's Coastal Program and the Office of Conservation Investment. The STOP Formula program provides grants to states and territories for use by state, local, and Indian Tribal governments, courts, and victim service providers for the more widespread apprehension, prosecution, and adjudication of persons committing violent crimes against women and for the protection and safety of victims.

​​The Pediatric Mental Health Care Access (PMHCA) program helps improve mental and behavioral health for children and youth by giving pediatric primary care providers quick access to tele-consultation, training, and care coordination support.

The purpose of the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) Part F Dental Reimbursement Program (DRP) is to improve access to oral health care services for low-income people with HIV, and related education and training to dental providers serving people with HIV. Authorized under section 2692(b) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. § 300ff–111(b)), the DRP provides partial reimbursement to eligible dental schools and accredited dental hygiene programs for the unreimbursed costs of oral health care provided to patients with HIV. Eligible institutions may annually apply for reimbursement based on costs incurred in the prior year. Available funds are distributed among all eligible applicants, taking into account the number of patients with HIV served and the extent of unreimbursed care costs relative to other applicants.

This Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Part B Supplemental funding is a statutory funding supplement provided through the HIV Care Grant Program. States/territories use RWHAP Part B Supplemental Grant Program funding in conjunction with RWHAP Part B HIV Care Grant Program funding to develop and enhance access to a comprehensive continuum of high-quality care and treatment services for low-income people with HIV. To obtain funding, states/territories must demonstrate that RWHAP Part B supplemental funding is necessary to provide comprehensive HIV care and treatment services for people with HIV in the state/territory.

The purpose of the Hereditary Hemorrhagic Telangiectasia (HHT) Center Program is to reduce illness and death related to HHT by partnering with clinical center to expand access and coordination of care; creating innovative strategies that support clinicians with identifying and diagnosing HHT cases; and developing a de-identified, aggregate patient data registry to better understand this rare disease and its treatment outcomes.

The Emergency Medical Services for Children National Pediatric Readiness Coordinating Center (EMSC NPRCC) demonstration program will work to assess and expand "Pediatric Readiness" in hospital emergency departments (ED) and pre-hospital emergency medical services (EMS) systems. Because children have unique physiological, emotional, and developmental characteristics, specialized emergency care is needed. Pediatric Readiness ensures that every EMS and fire-rescue agency and ED has the pediatric-specific leadership, competencies, policies, equipment, and other resources needed to provide high-quality emergency care for children, no matter where they live, attend school, or travel in the United States.

The State Office of Rural Health (SORH) Program assists states in strengthening rural health care delivery systems by maintaining a focal point for rural health. This program funds an institutional framework in each state that links small rural communities with state and federal resources to help develop long-term solutions to improve access to, and the quality of care for the nearly 60 million people living in rural communities.

The National Research Service Award (NRSA) program supports the training of postdoctoral researchers in biomedical, behavioral, and health services research. Funded by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and administered in part by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), the program aims to develop a skilled research workforce to advance scientific knowledge in primary care. Under HRSA, the NRSA program provides support to train postdoctoral health care professionals who are planning to pursue careers in biomedical and behavioral health research related to primary care. As the nation"s population grows and ages, the need for well-trained primary care researchers to study the complex array of issues facing the primary care workforce gains greater importance. The NRSA Institutional Research Training Grants administered by HRSA are awarded to eligible institutions to develop or enhance postdoctoral research training opportunities for individuals who are planning to pursue careers in primary care research.

The 811 PRA program promotes the development of innovative state-level strategies to increase access to new and existing affordable supportive housing units for persons with disabilities. The program also supports collaborations between State Housing Agencies and State Health and Human Service/Medicaid Agencies to increase access to supportive services. Many states have already formed partnerships to address this need, and HUD intends to further support these efforts while incentivizing other states to take similar approaches.This program gives states the flexibility to award and administer these funds to address the shortage of affordable and integrated housing for persons with disabilities. Housing agencies may either directly administer the rental assistance contracts for eligible properties or contract with other qualified parties to administer this assistance.

The purpose of this NOFO is to strengthen public health capacity of 1) Tribal Epidemiology Centers (TECs) and 2) the Tribes, Tribal Organizations, Urban Indian organizations, and Intertribal Consortiums that they support to fulfill the seven functions of TECs as outlined in the Indian Health Care Improvement Act (IHCIA) at 25 U.S.C. 1621m(b). It is the intent of IHS to fund sufficient TECs to serve Tribes and Urban Indian communities in all 12 IHS administrative areas and serving the Urban population as a consolidated Area. Applicant objectives may include activities beyond the required activities but must address all required activities.

Under the Virginia Graeme Baker Pool and Spa Safety Act (VGB Act), the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is accepting applications for the Pool Safely Grant Program (PSGP). This program aims to prevent drowning and drain entrapments of children in pools and spas by providing funding to state and local governments. The funding supports drowning prevention education and enforcement of pool safety regulations. CPSC will determine, in its sole discretion, whether an applicant has met the eligibility requirements under the VGB Act for a PSGP funding grant.

The Automated Permitting Systems Demonstration NOFO is intended to support jurisdictions that will deploy automated building code permitting systems and partner with HUD to evaluate their applicability and effectiveness within real-world operating conditions. This demonstration will test the real-world deployment of an automated permitting platform within a government permitting environment to evaluate its effects on processing timelines, workflow efficiency, staff roles, and applicant experience. The demonstration will generate empirical evidence on operational performance, costs, governance needs, and potential cost savings to inform broader adoption by state and local jurisdictions.

This NOFO has been modified to update language in the optional documents for bonus points, and bonus point criteria sections.As child welfare agencies increasingly use data to inform practice, targeted implementation, analytic support, and information sharing are needed to ensure the responsible use of predictive analytics. This funding opportunity supports child welfare jurisdictions in serving as demonstration sites for the effective use and future replication of predictive analytics at the national level.Grantees will focus on meeting the following objectives: Designing, implementing, and testing predictive analytics strategies, Building and sustaining agency capacity, Participating in collaboration and shared learning, Evaluating training and technical assistance activities.

The purpose of this program is to prevent and reduce substance use and overdose among American Indian and Alaska Native youth and young adults through age 24 by building community-driven prevention systems, services, and partnerships. Your organization will use evidence-based and locally tailored strategies.

FY 2026 WIC Infrastructure Grants must be used for one or more of the three objectives identified below. Proposals may contain more than one objective. This NOFO seeks applications for payments under the statutorily required State Criminal Alien Assistance Program (SCAAP) to eligible “states” and “units of local government” that incurred certain types of costs due to “incarceration” of “undocumented criminal aliens” during the July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024, reporting period.
