The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) Southwest Biological Science Center (SBSC) seeks to provide financial assistance to help build a program focusing on reclamation sciences to support energy development, critical minerals, and streamlining regulation. This program should identify opportunities to improve outcomes and efficiency of reclamation through (1) surveys of reclamation outcomes, analysis of existing experiments, and literature synthesis; (2) developing tools and maps to support reclamation; and (3) communicating new insights to stakeholders, including industry partners. There are currently significant challenges for management of lands following oil, gas, and mineral development, and other land disturbing activities in arid landscapes.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is seeking organizations to enter into a cooperative agreement for outdoor education and training, flood control infrastructure maintenance, effective environmental and recreational resource management, enhanced public engagement, and training/education opportunities – along with other related services. USACE is particularly interested in organizations that offer challenging education and job-training experiences for young adults, and support for formal post-high school education. The National Marine Fisheries Service (hereinafter, "NMFS") recognizes the unique importance of marine mammals to Alaska Native Organizations (hereinafter, "ANOs") and values ongoing efforts by Alaska Native Organizations' members to conserve and protect subsistence species under NMFS' jurisdiction. Pursuant to 16 U.S.C. §1388, NMFS may provide Federal assistance to ANOs to conserve marine mammals and to promote co-management of Alaska Native subsistence use of such mammals under NMFS' jurisdiction. This assistance, provided in the form of cooperative agreements, may be used to support conservation of marine mammals utilized for subsistence purposes by Alaska Natives. Funded activities may include development and implementation of species management, subsistence harvest monitoring, subsistence harvest sampling, scientific research, and public education and outreach. Proposed activities should address priority actions identified in an Endangered Species Act Recovery Plan or Marine Mammal Protection Act Conservation Plan where applicable and the priorities identified within this Federal funding opportunity. The NSF EPSCoR Graduate Fellowship Program (EGFP) provides an opportunity for applicants who received the distinction of GRFP Honorable Mention no more than three years before the proposal due date to be named NSF EPSCoR Graduate Fellows and obtain financial support for their graduate education at an institution in an EPSCoR jurisdiction. EGFP aims to enhance the capacity and competitiveness of EPSCoR jurisdictions by providing funding to graduate degree-awarding institutions to support NSF EPSCoR Graduate Fellows as they pursue graduate degrees in the disciplines specified by the NSF Directorates and Office that are participating in the EGFP funding program. Project Background, Goals, and Objectives U.S. Studies programs play a critical role in fostering mutual understanding, strengthening academic collaboration, and advancing informed dialogue on global issues. By providing structured, interdisciplinary insights into U.S. society, governance, history, and culture, these programs equip students and faculty with the tools to engage more effectively with the United States across academic, professional, and policy spheres. In doing so, they contribute to building more resilient, informed, and cooperative international relationships. The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) Defense Sciences Office (DSO) is soliciting proposals that investigate innovative approaches that enable revolutionary advances in science, devices, or systems for national security applications. Through WaterSMART, the Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) leverages Federal and non-Federal funding to work cooperatively with States, Tribes, and other entities as they plan for and implement actions to increase water supply and hydropower reliability. This program, administered by the Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) of the Department of War (DoW), seeks to fund a Contractor to provide comprehensive bus transportation services for DoW personnel. The primary focus of this funding opportunity is to establish and operate a continual express shuttle bus service, designated as Route A90, between the Pentagon Transit Center (PTC) and the Mark Center Station (MCS) facility.The overarching goal of this program is to ensure reliable and efficient ground transportation for DoW employees in the National Capital Region. The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS), requests applications for the 2026 Fiscal Year (FY) Regional Food System Partnerships (RFSP) grant program. RFSP purpose is to support partnerships that connect public and private resources to plan and develop local and regional food systems.RFSP is part of the Local Agriculture Market Program (LAMP) umbrella program. AMS welcomes applications that meet LAMP goals (see section 3.1) to support the development, coordination, and expansion of direct producer-to-consumer marketing, local and regional food markets and enterprises, and value-added agricultural products.Approximately $4.71 million is available to fund applications under this solicitation.
