Summary: The fiscal year 2026 (FY26) Peer Reviewed Medical Research Program (PRMRP) Lifestyle and Applied Health Research Award supports clinical research and/or clinical trials using a combination of scientific disciplines including occupational science, psychology, psychometrics, biostatistics and epidemiology, surveillance, implementation science, and population health. Applications must address and provide a solution to one of the congressionally directed FY26 PRMRP topic areas and one of the FY26 PRMRP strategic goals.Distinctive Features: This funding opportunity requires patient advocate participation. The patient advocate will be a person living with, or a family member or caretaker of someone with, a disease or condition addressed in one of the congressionally directed FY26 PRMRP topic areas. Animal research is not allowed.Funding Details: The Congressionally Directed Medical Research Programs (CDMRP) expects to allot roughly $16.8M to fund approximately four Lifestyle and Applied Health Research Award applications with total cost caps of $4.2M per award. The maximum period of performance is 4 years. It is anticipated that awards made from this FY26 funding opportunity will be funded with FY26 funds, which will expire for use on September 30, 2032. Summary: The fiscal year 2026 (FY26) Peer Reviewed Medical Research Program (PRMRP) Impact Award supports applied research, defined as use-inspired and practice-oriented science that brings together outcomes from basic research, and insights from the real-world environment, to foster clinical applicability. The Impact Award intends to translate the fundamental understanding of underlying mechanisms toward solutions that have the potential for major near-term impact for patients and clear alignment to one of the congressionally directed FY26 PRMRP topic areas and one of the FY26 PRMRP portfolio-specific strategic goals.Distinctive Features: This funding mechanism allows for multiple Principal Investigators (PIs). Only the initiating PI’s organization will submit a pre-application, but all PIs’ organizations will need to submit full applications. The partnering PI’s application is an abbreviated package specific to their distinct portion of the research project. Be advised, all associated applications for a research project may be withdrawn if the initiating or partnering application is rejected or administratively withdrawn.Funding Details: The Congressionally Directed Medical Research Programs (CDMRP) expects to allot roughly $32.0M to fund approximately 10 Impact Award applications with total cost caps of $2.8M for the Single PI Option, or $3.6M for the Partnering PI Option. The purpose of the Promise Neighborhoods program is to significantly improve the academic and developmental outcomes of children and youth living in the most distressed communities of the United States, including ensuring school readiness, high school graduation, and access to a community-based continuum of high-quality services. The program serves neighborhoods with high concentrations of individuals with low incomes; multiple signs of distress, which may include high rates of poverty, childhood obesity, academic challenges, and juvenile delinquency, adjudication, or incarceration; and adverse childhood experiences; and also serves schools implementing comprehensive support and improvement activities or targeted support and improvement activities under section 1111(d) of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act, as amended (ESEA). All strategies in the continuum of solutions must be accessible to children with disabilities and English learners.

Summary: The fiscal year 2026 (FY26) Peer Reviewed Medical Research Program (PRMRP) Technology/Therapeutic Development Award, a product-driven award mechanism, intends to support the translation of promising preclinical findings into products for clinical applications, including prevention, detection, diagnosis, treatment, or quality of life, for a disease or condition related to one of the congressionally directed FY26 PRMRP topic areas and one of the FY26 PRMRP strategic goals. Products can be tangible items, such as drugs or devices, or can be knowledge products, such as clinical decision-making tools or practice guidelines. Products in development should address or have dual purpose potential for the health care needs of military Service Members, Veterans and their Families.Distinctive Features: For the PRMRP Technology/Therapeutic Development Award, the program expects the research proposed will take an already established proof-of-concept or prototype through the final stages of preclinical development. The PRMRP also expects that the research outcome will be a regulatory filing or translation of findings into clinical practice, as applicable.Funding Details: The Congressionally Directed Medical Research Programs (CDMRP) expects to allot roughly $67.2M to fund approximately 12 Technology/Therapeutic Development Award applications with total cost caps of $5.6M per award. This opportunity supports the provision of services to crime victims in American Indian/Alaska Native communities through a discretionary administrative formula program funded under a set-aside designated by law from the Crime Victims Fund. The program is not competitive and is open only to federally recognized Indian Tribes, Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act Regional Corporations, and their authorized designees. Funding may be used to support a Tribe's victim services and is available for a range of expenses. Tribes can also use Tribal Victim Services Set-Aside grants for construction or for refurbishing, renovating, or improving structures for victim services office space, shelter for victims, and related purposes.

The Centers of Research Excellence in Science and Technology (CREST) program provides support to enhance the research capabilities of minority-serving institutions (MSIs) as defined in this solicitation’s Eligibility section, through effective integration of education and research. The CREST program, composed of the CREST Centers, the CREST Postdoctoral Research Program, and the projects supported by this CREST-RISE solicitation, promotes the development of new knowledge, enhancements of the research productivity of individual faculty and postdoctoral scholars, and an expanded presence of research doctoral students in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) disciplines, especially those from underrepresented groups. Program Description: The purpose of the Technical Assistance and Dissemination to Improve Services and Results for Children with Disabilities program is to promote academic achievement and to improve results for children with disabilities by providing technical assistance (TA), supporting model demonstration projects, disseminating useful information, and implementing activities that are supported by scientifically based research. The 2024 National Assessment of Education Progress results illustrate the significant achievement gaps in reading and mathematics for students with disabilities.[1] Local educational agencies (LEAs) and schools need to continuously improve their systems and practices to address achievement gaps of students with disabilities and support educators’ implementation of evidence-based literacy and mathematics instruction that meet the individualized needs of students with disabilities so they are prepared for success in school and postsecondary opportunities. Plasma science is a transdisciplinary field of research where fundamental studies in many disciplines, including plasma physics, plasma chemistry, materials science, and space science, come together to advance knowledge for discovery and technological innovation. The primary goal of the ECosystem forLeadingInnovation inPlasmaScience andEngineering (ECLIPSE) program is to identify and capitalize on opportunities for bringing fundamental plasma science investigations to bear on problems of societal and technological need within the scope of science and engineering supported by the participating NSF programs. The ECLIPSE meta-program has been created to foster an inclusive community of scientists and engineers, an ecosystem spanning multiple NSF Directorates, in the pursuit of translational research at the interface of fundamental plasma science and technological innovation. The long-range goal of the Research Training Groups in the Mathematical Sciences (RTG) program is to strengthen the nation's scientific competitiveness by increasing the number of well-prepared U.S. citizens, nationals, and permanent residents who pursue careers in the mathematical sciences, be they in academia, government, or industry. The RTG program supports efforts to improve graduate student research training and professional development through structured groups pursuing collaborative research. In addition to graduate student trainees working with faculty members, RTG supported research teams may, but are not required to, include undergraduate or postdoctoral trainees. The RTG program invites submissions in all fields within mathematical sciences; especially encouraged in 2024-2025 are those that align and integrate research in mathematics and statistics with emerging areas such asArtificial Intelligence, Biotechnology,Quantum Computing, and Cybersecurity.

Correctness for Scientific Computing Systems (CS2) is a joint program of the National Science Foundation (NSF) and the Department of Energy (DOE). The program addresses challenges that are both core to DOE’s mission and essential to NSF’s mission of ensuring broad scientific progress. The program’s overarching goal is to elevate correctness as a fundamental requirement for scientific computing tools and tool chains, spanning low-level libraries through complex multi-physics simulations and emerging scientific workflows. At an elementary level, correctness of a system means that desired behavioral properties will be satisfied during the system’s execution. In the context of scientific computing, correctness can be understood, at both the level of software and hardware, as absence of faulty behaviors such as excessive numerical rounding, floating-point exceptions, data races deadlocks, memory faults, violations of specifications at interfaces of system modules, and so on. The CS2 program puts correctness on an equal footing with performance, the focus of current scientific computing research. This program envisions the necessity of proving correctness even in performant scientific computing systems. Such correctness proofs themselves might rely upon multiple factors, including correctness of static and runtime program analyses. The Minority University Research and Education Project (MUREP) Space Technology Artemis Research (M-STAR) opportunity is a National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) initiative through its Office of STEM Engagement (OSTEM). All applications must address at least one of the FY26 MSRP EIRA focus areas.Distinctive Features: This opportunity allows for early-stage investigators to develop a research project, investigate a problem or question in MS research, and further their intellectual development as an MS researcher of the future. All application components for the EIRA are expected to be written by the Principal Investigator (PI), with appropriate direction from the Mentor(s).

Summary: The fiscal year 2026 (FY26) Multiple Sclerosis Research Program (MSRP) Investigator-Initiated Research Award (IIRA) supports highly rigorous, high-impact research projects that have the potential to make an important contribution to Multiple Sclerosis (MS) research, patient care, and/or quality of life. All applications must address at least one of the FY26 MSRP IIRA focus areas. Research projects may focus on any phase of research, excluding clinical trials. The rationale for a research idea may be derived from laboratory discovery, clinical trial results, population-based studies, a clinician’s firsthand knowledge of patients, or anecdotal data. Summary: The fiscal year 2026 (FY26) Multiple Sclerosis Research Program (MSRP) Clinical Trial Award (CTA) supports the rapid implementation of clinical trials with the potential to have a significant impact on the treatment or management of multiple sclerosis. All applications must address at least one of the FY26 MSRP CTA focus areas. Clinical trials may evaluate promising new products, pharmacologic agents (drugs or biologics), devices, clinical guidance and/or emerging approaches and technologies.Distinctive Features: The FY26 CTA offers two funding levels. The following are generalized descriptions of the scope of research appropriate for each funding level:• Funding Level 1 (CTA-FL1) supports small-scale, proof-of-principle clinical trials (e.g., pilot, first-in-human, phase 0) to demonstrate feasibility or inform the design of more advanced trials, or other clinical trials that are appropriate for this funding level. Under the Cooperator Program, USDA/FAS enters into agreements with nonprofit agricultural trade organizations (“Cooperators”) to share the costs of maintaining and developing foreign markets for United States agricultural commodities and products. Financial assistance under the Cooperator Program is made available on a competitive basis, and USDA/FAS endeavors to enter into agreements with eligible Cooperators to cover as broad an array of agricultural commodities as possible. All U.S. agricultural commodities, except tobacco, are eligible for consideration.

The TASC program is designed to assist U.S. organizations by providing funding for projects that seek to remove, resolve, or mitigate existing or potential sanitary, phytosanitary, or technical barriers that prohibit or threaten the export of U.S. specialty crops.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Foreign Agricultural Service, announces this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) to support the E (Kika) de la Garza Emerging Markets Program (EMP) by issuing new awards. The purpose of this program is to develop, maintain, or expand markets for exports of United States agricultural commodities and to promote cooperation and exchange of information between agricultural institutions and agribusinesses in the United States and emerging markets. This opportunity is available to U.S. entities to achieve the purposes of this program by: (1) making assessments of food and rural business systems needs; (2) making recommendations on measures necessary to enhance the effectiveness of food and rural business systems, including potential reductions in trade barriers; and (3) identifying and carrying out specific opportunities and projects to enhance the effectiveness of food and rural business systems in emerging markets.

The QSP is designed to encourage the development and expansion of export markets for U.S. agricultural commodities by assisting U.S. entities in providing commodity samples to potential foreign importers to promote a better understanding and appreciation for the high quality of U.S. agricultural commodities.
