Summary: The fiscal year 2026 (FY26) Tuberous Sclerosis Complex Research Program (TSCRP) Idea Development Award (IDA) supports conceptually innovative and high-impact research that could ultimately lead to critical discoveries in tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC) research and/or improvements in patient care.Distinctive Features: This funding mechanism allows for established and new-to-the-field investigators. New-to-the-field investigators are independent investigators that are early in their faculty appointments and/or established investigators transitioned from other research fields into TSC research. Applications to the New-to-the-Field option will compete separately from the Established Investigators submitting to the regular Idea Development Award (IDA).

Summary: The fiscal year 2026 (FY26) Tuberous Sclerosis Complex Research Program (TSCRP) Clinical Translational Research Award (CTRA) supports studies that will move promising, well-founded preclinical and/or clinical research findings closer to clinical application, including diagnosis, prognosis or treatment of tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC).Distinctive Features: This funding mechanism allows for multiple Principal Investigators (PIs). Only the initiating PI will submit a pre-application, but all PIs will need to submit full applications. The partnering PI(s) application is an abbreviated package specific to their distinct portion of the research project. Be advised, all associated applications for a research project may be withdrawn if the initiating or partnering application is rejected or administratively withdrawn.

Applications should demonstrate the ability to achieve interpretable results in the absence of preliminary data supporting the hypothesis.

The purpose of the Promise Neighborhoods program is to significantly improve the academic and developmental outcomes of children and youth living in the most distressed communities of the United States, including ensuring school readiness, high school graduation, and access to a community-based continuum of high-quality services. The program serves neighborhoods with high concentrations of individuals with low incomes; multiple signs of distress, which may include high rates of poverty, childhood obesity, academic challenges, and juvenile delinquency, adjudication, or incarceration; and adverse childhood experiences; and also serves schools implementing comprehensive support and improvement activities or targeted support and improvement activities under section 1111(d) of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act, as amended (ESEA). All strategies in the continuum of solutions must be accessible to children with disabilities and English learners.

This opportunity supports the provision of services to crime victims in American Indian/Alaska Native communities through a discretionary administrative formula program funded under a set-aside designated by law from the Crime Victims Fund. The program is not competitive and is open only to federally recognized Indian Tribes, Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act Regional Corporations, and their authorized designees. Funding may be used to support a Tribe's victim services and is available for a range of expenses. Tribes can also use Tribal Victim Services Set-Aside grants for construction or for refurbishing, renovating, or improving structures for victim services office space, shelter for victims, and related purposes.

The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) of the U.S. Department of State seeks applications from qualified organizations to implement a program aimed at enhancing the operational capacity of the Specialized Departments for Organized Crime and Corruption in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FBiH) and Republika Srpska (RS). Bosnia and Herzegovina sits along the "Balkan route" for drug and weapons trafficking, and BiH-based criminals are key members of powerful transnational criminal organizations (TCOs) that cooperate with global cartels, launder hundreds of millions of dollars through BiH, and rely on corruption and weak judicial capacity to evade accountability. This program will address critical gaps in prosecutorial expertise, interagency coordination, and international cooperation by strengthening the capacity of FBiH and RS Specialized Department prosecutors and judges to effectively investigate, prosecute, and secure convictions in complex organized crime and corruption cases. Through targeted technical assistance, mentoring partnerships with U.S. prosecutors, and institutional and legal reforms, the program will degrade TCO networks that threaten U.S. security, undermine governance, and destabilize a key European partner.

The purpose of theNative American Research Centers for Health (NARCH) program is to fund federally-recognized American Indian/Alaska Native (AI/AN) tribes and tribal organizations to support health-related research, research career enhancement, and research infrastructure enhancement activities.

The Centers of Research Excellence in Science and Technology (CREST) program provides support to enhance the research capabilities of minority-serving institutions (MSIs) as defined in this solicitation’s Eligibility section, through effective integration of education and research. The CREST program, composed of the CREST Centers, the CREST Postdoctoral Research Program, and the projects supported by this CREST-RISE solicitation, promotes the development of new knowledge, enhancements of the research productivity of individual faculty and postdoctoral scholars, and an expanded presence of research doctoral students in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) disciplines, especially those from underrepresented groups. The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Rural Development (RD) Rural Business‐Cooperative Service (RBCS or Agency), requests applications for the Meat and Poultry Processing Expansion Program - Phase 4 (the Program or MPPEP-4) - Fortifying the American Beef Industry. MPPEP-4 is authorized under Section 1001(b)(4) of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA), which provides funding to make “loans and grants and provide other assistance to maintain and improve food and agricultural supply chain resiliency.” Pursuant to this authority, USDA is making competitive grant funding available to Very Small Processors and Small Processors, and to Intermediate Processors to maximize the value and utilization of their existing capacity, with a focus on promoting local supply chains.   Grant funding in the amount of $60 million is available under this Program. Funding will be divided equally into two separate competitions: one for Very Small Processors and Small Processors, and one for Intermediate Processors. The U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), Office of the Assistant Secretary–Indian Affairs (Indian Affairs), through the Office of Indian Economic Development (OIED), solicits proposals from eligible entities (see Eligibility Section) for tourism grants focused on increasing visitors to existing Tribal tourism operations through facilitation, promotion, and enhancing visibility. The Tribal Tourism Grant Program (TTGP) funding strives to achieve substantial community benefits by facilitating and strengthening Tribal tourism activities, enhancing visitor experiences, and increasing visibility and access to Tribal destinations. These efforts support economic development and contribute to improved community well-being. The Secretary of Labor, through MSHA, may award grants to State, Tribal, and Territorial Governments (including the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands) to assist them in developing and enforcing State mining laws and regulations, improve State workers’ compensation and mining occupational disease laws and programs, and improve safety and health conditions in the nation’s mines through Federal-State coordination and cooperation.   MSHA encourages State training programs to prioritize health and safety training for new and small mining operations. MSHA also encourages grant recipients to address, in their training and education programs, contract employee safety and occupational health hazards, powered haulage and mobile equipment safety, mine emergency preparedness, mine rescue, electrical safety, training for new and inexperienced miners, managers and supervisors performing mining tasks, and falls from heights. NOFO HighlightsThe Youth Homelessness NOFO provides competitive awards to eligible applicants under two different programs-Youth Homelessness System Improvement (YHSI) grants- Assistance Listing Number (ALN) 14.277Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program (YHDP)- ALN 14.276Under the YHSI grants, HUD will make awards to selected communities to support them in establishing and implementing a response system for youth homelessness or for improving their existing response system. Correctness for Scientific Computing Systems (CS2) is a joint program of the National Science Foundation (NSF) and the Department of Energy (DOE). The program addresses challenges that are both core to DOE’s mission and essential to NSF’s mission of ensuring broad scientific progress. The program’s overarching goal is to elevate correctness as a fundamental requirement for scientific computing tools and tool chains, spanning low-level libraries through complex multi-physics simulations and emerging scientific workflows. At an elementary level, correctness of a system means that desired behavioral properties will be satisfied during the system’s execution. In the context of scientific computing, correctness can be understood, at both the level of software and hardware, as absence of faulty behaviors such as excessive numerical rounding, floating-point exceptions, data races deadlocks, memory faults, violations of specifications at interfaces of system modules, and so on. The CS2 program puts correctness on an equal footing with performance, the focus of current scientific computing research. This program envisions the necessity of proving correctness even in performant scientific computing systems. Such correctness proofs themselves might rely upon multiple factors, including correctness of static and runtime program analyses. The long-range goal of the Research Training Groups in the Mathematical Sciences (RTG) program is to strengthen the nation's scientific competitiveness by increasing the number of well-prepared U.S. citizens, nationals, and permanent residents who pursue careers in the mathematical sciences, be they in academia, government, or industry. The RTG program supports efforts to improve graduate student research training and professional development through structured groups pursuing collaborative research. In addition to graduate student trainees working with faculty members, RTG supported research teams may, but are not required to, include undergraduate or postdoctoral trainees. The OVW Special Tribal Criminal Jurisdiction (STCJ) Grant Program supports Tribal governments in preparing to exercise or exercising STCJ over non-Indians who commit covered crimes within the Tribe’s jurisdictional boundaries. Covered crimes are assault of Tribal justice personnel; child violence; dating violence; domestic violence; obstruction of justice; sexual violence; sex trafficking; stalking; and violation of a protection order.

This solicitation invites applications (also referred to as “proposals”) for basic research projects. All applications must address at least one of the FY26 MSRP CTA focus areas. Clinical trials may evaluate promising new products, pharmacologic agents (drugs or biologics), devices, clinical guidance and/or emerging approaches and technologies.Distinctive Features: The FY26 CTA offers two funding levels. The rationale for a research idea may be derived from laboratory discovery, clinical trial results, population-based studies, a clinician’s firsthand knowledge of patients, or anecdotal data. All applications must address at least one of the FY26 MSRP EIRA focus areas.Distinctive Features: This opportunity allows for early-stage investigators to develop a research project, investigate a problem or question in MS research, and further their intellectual development as an MS researcher of the future. All application components for the EIRA are expected to be written by the Principal Investigator (PI), with appropriate direction from the Mentor(s).

The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Foreign Agricultural Service, announces this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) to support the E (Kika) de la Garza Emerging Markets Program (EMP) by issuing new awards. The purpose of this program is to develop, maintain, or expand markets for exports of United States agricultural commodities and to promote cooperation and exchange of information between agricultural institutions and agribusinesses in the United States and emerging markets. This opportunity is available to U.S. entities to achieve the purposes of this program by: (1) making assessments of food and rural business systems needs; (2) making recommendations on measures necessary to enhance the effectiveness of food and rural business systems, including potential reductions in trade barriers; and (3) identifying and carrying out specific opportunities and projects to enhance the effectiveness of food and rural business systems in emerging markets.

Under the Cooperator Program, USDA/FAS enters into agreements with nonprofit agricultural trade organizations (“Cooperators”) to share the costs of maintaining and developing foreign markets for United States agricultural commodities and products. Financial assistance under the Cooperator Program is made available on a competitive basis, and USDA/FAS endeavors to enter into agreements with eligible Cooperators to cover as broad an array of agricultural commodities as possible. Under MAP, USDA/FAS enters into agreements with Participants to share the cost of certain marketing and promotion activities to expand exports of U.S. agricultural commodities.
