Multistate Conservation Grants (MSCG) are authorized under 16 U.S.C. 669h-2 and 16 U.S.C. 777m, providing funding for wildlife restoration and sport fish restoration projects and recruitment, retention and reactivation (R3) projects that address regional or national priority needs of State fish and wildlife agencies and their partners that are beyond the scale, scope, and capabilities of a single State. The priority needs, also known as Strategic Priorities, are identified annually by the Association of Fish and Wildlife Agencies (AFWA) with input from State fish and wildlife agencies and their partners. Recipients awarded Traditional Multistate Conservation Grants (T-MSCG) may use the funds for wildlife or sport fish projects involving research, restoration, conservation and management of wild birds, wild mammals, sport fish, and their habitats. These funds may also be used for projects providing for public use and benefit from these resources, including hunter safety and education, aquatic education, and recruitment, retention and reactivation (R3) projects and other purposes consistent with the enabling legislation. Recipients awarded R3 Multistate Conservation Grants (R3-MSCG) may use the funds for hunting and target shooting R3 projects that promote a national hunting and target shooting recruitment program, including related communication and outreach activities. Multistate Conservation Grants are awarded by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS), and the FWS and AFWA work cooperatively to manage the grant program.

The NPD program provides grants to public and private nonprofit institutions of higher education (IHEs) and public and private entities with relevant experience and capacity, in consortia with State educational agencies (SEAs) and/or local educational agencies (LEAs) to implement pre-service and in-service professional development activities.

The Transitional Housing program funds transitional housing and support services for victims who are homeless or in need of transitional housing or other housing assistance because of domestic/dating violence, sexual assault, or stalking (VAWA crimes). Eligible applicants are Tribal, state, and local governments and organizations with a documented history of effective work concerning VAWA crimes.

The Linguistics Program supports basic science in the domain of human language, encompassing investigations of the grammatical properties of individual human languages, and of natural language in general. Research areas include syntax, semantics, morphology, phonetics and phonology. The program encourages projects that are interdisciplinary in methodological or theoretical perspective, and that address questions that cross disciplinary boundaries, such as (but not limited to): What are the psychological processes involved in the production, perception, and comprehension of language? What are the computational properties of language and/or the language processor that make fluent production, incremental comprehension or rapid learning possible? How do the acoustic and physiological properties of speech inform our theories of natural language and/or language processing? What role does human neurobiology play in shaping the various grammatical properties of language? How does language develop in natural learning contexts across the life-span? What social and cultural factors underlie language variation and change? The Social Psychology Program at NSF supports theoretically focused empirical investigations that advance fundamental social psychological explanations of human behavior, attitudes, and experience. Synopsis The Social Psychology Program invites research and infrastructure proposals that advance knowledge of how human behavior is influenced by macro- and micro-level social forces, including how thought, motivation, emotion, neural, and physiological processes explain ways of thinking about and relating to self and others. Proposed research should carry strong potential for groundbreaking discoveries about the power of social dynamics to shape peoples’ attitudes, behavior, and experience. The National Science Foundation (NSF) invites investigators at U.S. organizations to submit proposals to the Arctic Sciences Section in the Office of Polar Programs (OPP) within the Geosciences Directorate, to conduct research about the Arctic region. The goal of this solicitation is to attract research proposals that advance a fundamental, process, and/or systems-level understanding of the Arctic's rapidly changing natural environment, social and cultural systems, and, where appropriate, to improve our capacity to project future change. The Arctic Sciences Section supports research focused on the Arctic region and its connectivity with lower latitudes. The scientific scope is aligned with, but not limited to, research priorities outlined in theInteragency Arctic Research Policy Committee (IARPC)five-year plan. To investigate and prosecute transnational criminal organizations (TCOs) through enhanced forensic accounting training. Transnational criminal organizations actively exploit BiH and the (Balkan route) to traffic narcotics, weapons, and migrants, laundering hundreds of millions of dollars annually. BiH prosecutors and investigators currently lack the specialized financial investigation skills needed to effectively disrupt these networks.

The primary goal of the Nationally Significant Multimodal Freight and Highway Projects (INFRA) program is to fund surface transportation infrastructure projects of national or regional significance that improve the safety, efficiency, and reliability of the movement of people and goods in addition to expanding safe, accessible public parking for commercial motor vehicles.The Department intends to execute project selections under this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) utilizing approximately $626.7 million in available funding. The Emergency Management Performance Grant Program focuses on all-hazards emergency preparedness. The USDA’s Food and Nutrition Administration works to nourish those in need through financially sound programs that promote health and work, as well as champion the productivity of American agriculture. Consistent with Secretary of Agriculture Brooke Rollins’ guiding principle to take swift action to minimize instances of fraud, waste, and program abuse in nutrition programs, the SNAP Fraud Framework Implementation Grant Program supports State agency efforts to improve and expand recipient fraud prevention, detection, and investigation efforts using the procedures, ideas, and practices outlined in the SNAP Fraud Framework. The SNAP Fraud Framework is designed to support State agencies as they develop new efforts or improve existing ones to prevent, detect, and investigate recipient fraud.Section 29(a) of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 (7 U.S.C. 2036b) authorizes FNA to prevent trafficking of SNAP benefits. Based on this authority, Congress has provided funding in annual appropriations in recent years to provide competitive grants to support State agencies in implementing SNAP’s Fraud Framework and to strengthen program integrity activities in SNAP.
