The World Trade Center (WTC) Health Program supports exploratory and developmental research projects (R21) that address issues related to diagnostic or treatment uncertainty among individuals receiving monitoring and/or treatment under Subtitle C of the James Zadroga 9/11 Health and Compensation Act of 2010, as amended. This R21 Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) is intended to encourage exploratory/developmental research by supporting the early and conceptual stages of project development to assess the feasibility of new areas of investigation with the potential to improve treatment effectiveness and diagnostic practices. These studies may lead to breakthroughs in a particular area or to the development of new interventions, techniques, agents, methodologies, models, or approaches with potential clinical impact. They are expected to break new ground or extend prior discoveries in new directions or applications. Applicants are expected to propose research for which there is likely to be minimal or no preliminary data.

Expected Outcome:This call aims at strengthening the capacity of workers' organisations (both in Member States and candidate countries) to address, at EU/transnational level, challenges related to changes in employment and working conditions as well as challenges related to their effective participation in social dialogue. This Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) solicits applications to develop web-accessible data archives to capture, store, and curate data related to BRAIN Initiative activities. The data archives will work with the research community to incorporate tools that allow users to analyze and visualize the data, but the creation of such tools is not part of this NOFO. The data archives will use appropriate standards to describe the data, but the creation of such standards is not part of this NOFO. A goal of this program is to advance research by creating a community resource data archive with appropriate standards and summary information that is broadly available and accessible to the research community for furthering research.

The National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) Division of Lifelong Learning is accepting applications for the Media Projects program. The purpose of this program is to support the development, production, and distribution of radio programs, podcasts, and documentary films that engage general audiences with humanities ideas in creative and appealing ways. NEH makes Media Projects awards at two levels: Development and Production.

The purpose of this program is to support formal education by strengthening the teaching and study of the humanities at institutions of higher education. For 2026, projects must be focused on Western civilization, American history, American government and civics, and/or the Great Books tradition.

Program funding of $230 million is available and will expire if not obligated prior to the close of business on September 30, 2026. No award may exceed $20 million or be less than $250,000. Requests for funding that are more than $20 million or less than $250,000 will not be scored and will be removed from consideration. Per statute, $76.65 million is available for projects that enhance the readiness of a military department or mission assurance at a military installation, and $76.65 million is available for projects that enhance military family quality of life at a military installation. The remaining $76.7 million is available for the remaining top-ranked projects as rated by the Defense Community Infrastructure Program Review Panel.

The NAWCA U.S. Small Grants Program goal is to promote partnerships between public agencies and groups interested in:Protecting, improving, restoring, and managing an appropriate distribution and a variety of wetland ecosystems and other habitats for wetland-associated migratory birds and other fish and wildlife in the U.S.;Maintaining and improving the current distribution of wetlands-associated migratory bird populations; andMaintaining an abundance of waterfowl (ducks, geese, and swans) and other populations of wetlands-associated migratory birds consistent with the objectives of the North American Waterfowl Management Plan, U.S. Shorebird Conservation Plan, Partners in Flight Bird Conservation Plan, and state related plans.The program requires a 1:1 non-federal match. The National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) Division of Lifelong Learning is accepting applications for the Landmarks of American History and Culture and Summer Institutes program. The purpose of this program is to support humanities education through professional development for K-12 teachers and higher education faculty members.

The SAC program, Assistance Listing Number 10.200, supports projects that lead to expanded adaptation and increased acreage in the United States of alternative crops grown for food/feedstuff, oil, and feedstocks for industrial value-added products. Such crops are important to U.S. agriculture in that these can provide new and profitable cropping options in response to low commodity prices and changes in consumer demand for new agricultural-based products. Oilseed, grain, and feedstock crops have major uses in healthy human foods and animal feeds, as natural pest control when used as cover crops, and as a feedstock in industrial chemical manufacture and biofuel production. Grains/pseudocereals and legumes/pulses can play an important role in the cropping rotation for food/feedstuff and/or feedstock for industrial value-added purposes, as cover crops, and as habitat for pollinators.

The purpose of ODF, under assistance listing 10.233, is to build frameworks to create neutral and secure data repositories and cooperatives where producers, universities and nonprofit entities can store and share data in ways that will foster agricultural innovation, support technological progress, profitability, and increase production efficiencies. The program prioritizes frameworks that address farm and ranch profitability, new markets and uses for agricultural products, invasive species, soil health to regenerate long-term productivity, or improving human health through precision nutrient and food quality. 

The purpose of this notice is to solicit applications for two funding categories: (1) Planning and (2) Bridge Project grants (a project with total eligible costs not greater than $100 million) for awards under the Bridge Investment Program (BIP). This notice establishes a “rolling application” process for Planning and Bridge Project applications by providing the schedule, requirements, and selection process for such projects for the remaining available amounts of the BIP funding provided by the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) for FY 2023 through FY 2026, which total up to $9.7 billion (see section B.1 for details for funds available for each fiscal year). The primary goal and objective of the Methyl Bromide Transition program is to support the discovery and implementation of practical pest management alternatives to methyl bromide. The MBT program seeks to solve pest problems in key agricultural production and post-harvest management systems, processing facilities, and transport systems for which methyl bromide has been withdrawn or withdrawal is imminent.

NOAA announces the availability of Federal funding, authorized pursuant to the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, Pub. L. 117-58 (November 15, 2021) and the Commerce, Justice, Science; Energy and Water Development; and Interior and Environment Appropriations Act, 2026, Pub. L. 119-74 (January 23, 2026), for necessary expenses associated with the restoration of Pacific salmon populations. The Pacific Coastal Salmon Recovery Fund (PCSRF) program makes such funding available to the States of Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Nevada, California, and Alaska, and federally recognized tribes of the Columbia River and Pacific Coast (including Alaska) for projects necessary for the conservation of salmon and steelhead populations listed as threatened or endangered, or identified by a State as at-risk to be so-listed; for maintaining populations necessary for exercise of tribal treaty fishing rights or native subsistence fishing; or for the conservation of Pacific coastal salmon and steelhead habitat. The Community Connect Grant Program provides financial assistance to eligible applicants that will provide service at or above the Broadband Grant Speed (100 Mbps down and 20 Mbps up) to all premises in rural, economically-challenged communities where broadband service (10 Mbps down and 1 Mbps up) does not exist. The deployment of broadband services on a “community-oriented connectivity” basis stimulates economic development and provides enhanced educational and health care opportunities in rural areas. Provides loans and grants to Microenterprise Development Organizations (MDOs) to provide training and technical assistance to microloan borrowers and micro entrepreneurs. 

This funding program supports the operation of Tribal Historic Preservation Offices (THPOs) within allowable program areas described in the National Historic Preservation Act (54 U.S.C. 300101 et seq.). Where relevant, staff and projects must comply with the appropriate Secretary of the Interior"s Standards and Guidelines for Archeology and Historic Preservation.The purpose of this program is to provide grants to THPOs for the identification, evaluation, and protection of historic properties as outlined in the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) by such means as: survey, planning, technical assistance, physical preservation, review of Federal undertakings, education, listing in the National Register of Historic Places and Tribal Registers. These grants assist THPOs in carrying out the NHPA historic preservation activities that a Tribe agreed to assume from the State Historic Preservation Office, on tribal lands, under their Partnership agreement with the National Park Service. Authorized by 7 U.S.C. 950aaa, the DLT Program provides financial assistance to enable and improve distance learning and telemedicine services in rural areas. DLT grant funds support the use of telecommunications-enabled information, audio and video equipment, and related advanced technologies by students, teachers, medical professionals, and rural residents.
