The Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 Port Security Grant Program (PSGP) is one of four grant programs that constitute DHS/FEMA’s focus on transportation infrastructure security activities. These grant programs are part of a comprehensive set of measures authorized by Congress and implemented by the Administration to help strengthen the nation’s critical infrastructure against risks associated with potential terrorist attacks. PSGP provides funds to state, local, and private sector maritime partners to support increased port-wide risk management and protect critical surface transportation infrastructure from acts of terrorism, major disasters, and other emergencies. The PSGP supports critical national seaports/terminals to enhance port security through enhanced facility and operational security. PSGP allows for a broad range of projects to be funded as long as they are applicable to enhancing maritime security capabilities. The entire breadth of the POETE (planning, operational, equipment, training, and exercise) is allowable under PSGP. Typical types of projects include: • Patrol vessels • Communications equipment • Surveillance equipment • Cybersecurity enhancements • Hiring NEW security personnel • Plan development • Maritime security training • Maritime security exercises  Projects that are not primarily dedicated to the enhancement of maritime security capabilities (i.e., citywide projects, or business-related projects) are not eligible.

THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY FOR THOSE FEDERALLY RECGONIZED TRIBES WHO DO NOT CURRENTLY HAVE AN INDIAN HIGHWAY SAFETY GRANT IN PLACE FOR FY 2026 The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Office of Justice Services (OJS), Indian Highway Safety Program (IHSP) solicits proposals for implementing traffic safety programs and projects which are designated to reduce the number of traffic crashes, deaths, and injuries within these populations. Indian Highway Safety Grants are reimbursable grants available to federally recognized Native American Tribes. BIA OJS IHSP is accepting grant applications to cover registration fee and travel expenses from August 3-5, 2027, for tribal employees who work, in the traffic data collection and analysis, for federally recognized tribes to attend the Traffic Records Forum. Through the Bank Enterprise Award Program (BEA Program), the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Community Development Financial Institutions Fund (CDFI Fund) supports FDIC-insured financial institutions around the country that are dedicated to financing and supporting community and economic development activities. The BEA Program complements the community development activities of insured depository institutions (i.e., banks and thrifts) by providing monetary awards for increasing investments in CDFIs and for increasing qualified lending, investment, and service activities within economically distressed communities. Providing BEA Program awards for increasing community development activities leverages the CDFI Fund’s dollars and puts more capital to work in distressed communities throughout the nation.

The National Historic Preservation Act authorizes grants to federally recognized Tribes for cultural and historic preservation projects. These grants assist Tribes, Alaskan Natives, and Native Hawaiian Organizations in protecting and promoting their unique tribal heritage and traditions. The program focuses on what Tribes are most concerned about protecting including but not limited to: Traditional skills, oral history, plant and animal species important in tradition, documentation and preservation of sacred and historic places, and the establishment of tribal historic preservation offices.

The CIG program stimulates the development and adoption of innovative conservation approaches and technologies in conjunction with agricultural production. CIG projects are expected to lead to the transfer of conservation technologies, management systems, and innovative approaches (such as market-based systems) to agricultural producers through the development of technical manuals, guides, and for practical instruction for the private sector.   Applications will be accepted from all non-Federal entities and individuals based in the United States (see Section B Eligibility). NSF invests in scientific discoveries, technological breakthroughs, and transformative innovations that strengthen economic growth, enhance security, and improve the lives of Americans and people around the world. Our ability to support that mission requires a robust scientific and engineering (S&E) enterprise in the United States that allows scientists to innovate at the frontier. In support of this mission, NSF is initiating a pilot emphasis area for itsSBIR/STTR programs to invest in startups and small businesses that are specifically developing enabling technologies that include next-generation instrumentation, novel experimental platforms, and other scientific equipment to advance the frontiers of scientific discovery and strengthen the American scientific and engineering enterprise. This encompasses novel instrumentation necessary for the coming era of AI-driven discoveries. NRCS is announcing the availability of CIG On-Farm Conservation Innovation Trials (On-Farm Trials). Through On Farm Trials projects, awardees recruit producers and provide them with technical assistance and incentive payments to stimulate the adoption and evaluation of innovative conservation approaches. For 2026, applications will be accepted from eligible entities for projects addressing at least one of the following priorities: irrigation management technologies, new and innovative grazing land management solutions, nutrient management, and soil health demonstration trial (SHD). Up to $50 million is available for On-Farm Trials in 2026. On-Farm Trials projects may be between 3 and 5 years in duration. The Abby Honold Program helps law enforcement improve how they respond to domestic/dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking from the time of a victim’s initial report throughout the investigation.

The Rural Hospital Provider Assistance Program provides direct financial assistance to eligible rural hospitals facing structural payment disadvantages for the maintenance of health care providers with the goal of maintaining essential health care services and preventing avoidable closures. Eligible rural hospitals must have no more than 50 acute care inpatient beds and an established Medicare wage index value below 0.90.

The UIE program (ALN 10.333) supports research, education, and extension activities through competitive grants designed to address key production and market challenges of local, regional, and national importance. The authorization covers the full food value chain, including production, harvesting, transportation, aggregation, packaging, distribution, and market development. Public input was solicited through Federal Register Notice 2020-08402, stakeholder listening sessions, and consultation with the Federal Advisory Committee (FAC) for Urban Agriculture to help identify the most urgent needs in the above listed food value chain stages. This input helped identify the most urgent needs across the food value chain.To address the most critical challenges in agricultural production and market growth, applications must align with the FY 2026 Priority Focus of identifying and promoting the horticultural, social, and economic factors that contribute to successful agricultural production in high‑population‑density settings, indoor and controlled‑environment systems, and other emerging agricultural production approaches.Applicants must include local community organizations in the project team. Priority will be given to proposals that involve the cooperation of multiple eligible applicants.

This notice solicits applications for projects to advance Administration priorities that strength scientific integrity and research integrity, adhering to principles of gold standard science including transparency, data reproducibility, and scientific rigor. The Program Evaluation and Development Program was started by ORI in 2020. The purpose of the grant program is to support projects for the development and implementation of innovative approaches and tools to promote research integrity and prevent misconduct. This includes creating interventions based on empirical evidence, including findings from ORI-funded research, and tools to identify at-risk individuals or laboratories.

This notice solicits applications for projects to plan and implement conferences on research integrity and compliance with 42 C.F.R. part 93. In-person and virtual conferences, or a combination of both, will be considered for funding. This initiative advances Administration priorities to strengthen scientific integrity and research integrity and promote principles of gold standard science – including transparency, reproducibility, and scientific rigor. Conferences must be designed to provide a forum for discussion and produce tangible outcomes related to at least one of the following focus areas: 1) Organization of thematic conference; 2) Skill Building Workshops; and/or 3) Outreach and Education Events. The Office of Justice Programs (OJP) is committed to advancing work that furthers the U.S. Department of Justice’s (DOJ) mission to keep our country safe and secure and uphold the rule of law and protect the rights of American citizens. This notice solicits applications for practical, data-driven, and scalable projects that support States, Tribal communities, healthcare systems, or community-based organizations in collecting, analyzing, and reporting information related to access to medical forensic examinations for women and girl survivors of sexual assault. Projects funded under this initiative should identify barriers, service gaps, workforce shortages, geographic gaps, wait times, and system-level challenges impacting women and girl survivor access to timely, forensic healthcare services.

We seek applications to conduct empirical research on societal, organizational, behavioral, group, and individual factors that affect integrity in research, focusing on the identification of the root causes of research misconduct and driving factors for research integrity in compliance with 42 C.F.R. part 93. The projects funded under this opportunity must aim to research any combination of the following focus areas: 1) Explore the financial, cultural, institutional, and individual factors; 2) Assess the effectiveness of policies and training; 3) Investigate reporting and response mechanisms; and 4) Examine how artificial intelligence (AI) acts as a potential driver of research integrity or a risk factor for research misconduct.

This NOFO will award up to $350 million in FY 2026 funding via cost reimbursable grants. The actual amount available to be awarded under this notice will be subject to the availability of funds. Eligible States (See Additional Eligibility information below) with greater than 14 percent of total bridges classified in poor condition are to receive no less than $32.5 million, provided the State submits eligible application(s) with a total value that meets or exceeds $32.5 million. There is no minimum award amount for States that do not meet this condition. No State shall be awarded more than $55 million. Under FY 2026 CHBP, the Federal share of the cost is in accordance with 23 United States Code (U.S.C.) § 120. See Section B for more details. The ATTAIN Competitive Grant Program will provide funding to deploy, install, and operate advanced transportation technologies to improve safety, mobility, efficiency, system performance, intermodal connectivity, and infrastructure return on investment. Eligible applicants for ATTAIN Competitive Grant Program funds are: • State or local governments; • transit agencies; • metropolitan planning organizations; • other political subdivisions of a State or local government (such as publicly owned toll or port authorities); • multijurisdictional groups; or • consortiums of research institutions or academic institutions. ATTAIN requires a minimum non-Federal cost share of 20 percent. Applications that do not provide at least the minimum non-Federal cost share will be classified as ineligible.

The purpose of this program is to establish or expand Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) programs for transition-aged youth (age 18-25), adults, and/or older adults with a serious mental illness. ACT is an intensive, team-based, community-based service delivery model that provides comprehensive, multidisciplinary care, including 24/7 crisis response, medication management, therapy, case management, and support with housing, employment, and daily living needs.
