Summary: The fiscal year 2026 (FY26) Tuberous Sclerosis Complex Research Program (TSCRP) Idea Development Award (IDA) supports conceptually innovative and high-impact research that could ultimately lead to critical discoveries in tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC) research and/or improvements in patient care.Distinctive Features: This funding mechanism allows for established and new-to-the-field investigators. New-to-the-field investigators are independent investigators that are early in their faculty appointments and/or established investigators transitioned from other research fields into TSC research. Applications to the New-to-the-Field option will compete separately from the Established Investigators submitting to the regular Idea Development Award (IDA).

The purpose of the Promise Neighborhoods program is to significantly improve the academic and developmental outcomes of children and youth living in the most distressed communities of the United States, including ensuring school readiness, high school graduation, and access to a community-based continuum of high-quality services. The program serves neighborhoods with high concentrations of individuals with low incomes; multiple signs of distress, which may include high rates of poverty, childhood obesity, academic challenges, and juvenile delinquency, adjudication, or incarceration; and adverse childhood experiences; and also serves schools implementing comprehensive support and improvement activities or targeted support and improvement activities under section 1111(d) of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act, as amended (ESEA). All strategies in the continuum of solutions must be accessible to children with disabilities and English learners.

This opportunity supports the provision of services to crime victims in American Indian/Alaska Native communities through a discretionary administrative formula program funded under a set-aside designated by law from the Crime Victims Fund. The program is not competitive and is open only to federally recognized Indian Tribes, Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act Regional Corporations, and their authorized designees. Funding may be used to support a Tribe's victim services and is available for a range of expenses. Tribes can also use Tribal Victim Services Set-Aside grants for construction or for refurbishing, renovating, or improving structures for victim services office space, shelter for victims, and related purposes.

The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) of the U.S. Department of State seeks applications from qualified organizations to implement a program aimed at enhancing the operational capacity of the Specialized Departments for Organized Crime and Corruption in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FBiH) and Republika Srpska (RS). Bosnia and Herzegovina sits along the "Balkan route" for drug and weapons trafficking, and BiH-based criminals are key members of powerful transnational criminal organizations (TCOs) that cooperate with global cartels, launder hundreds of millions of dollars through BiH, and rely on corruption and weak judicial capacity to evade accountability. This program will address critical gaps in prosecutorial expertise, interagency coordination, and international cooperation by strengthening the capacity of FBiH and RS Specialized Department prosecutors and judges to effectively investigate, prosecute, and secure convictions in complex organized crime and corruption cases. Through targeted technical assistance, mentoring partnerships with U.S. prosecutors, and institutional and legal reforms, the program will degrade TCO networks that threaten U.S. security, undermine governance, and destabilize a key European partner.

The purpose of the Small Health Care Provider Quality Improvement Program is to strengthen the quality improvement culture in small rural healthcare facilities by building capacity to effectively collect and use clinical data while implementing evidence-based approaches to improve health care quality with a particular focus on improving chronic disease outcomes. Additionally, the program strengthens the skills and collaboration of the billing and coding staff in coordination with the front-line clinical staff. By creating a sustainable quality improvement capacity in small hospitals and clinics, these facilities will be better positioned to take part in value-based care models while also enhancing health care status for their patients.

Recipients must use AEI funds to "develop, implement, carry out, or coordinate programs or activities designed to obtain enforcement of the rights granted by [the Act] or by State or local laws that provide rights and remedies for alleged discriminatory housing practices that are substantially equivalent to the rights and remedies provided in [the Act]..." 42 USC § 3616a(a); 24 CFR § 125.201.

The program funds organizations to build capacity to engage in fair housing enforcement activities and fair housing enforcement related activities, and engage in such activities for the purpose of supporting the continued development or implementation of initiatives which enforce the rights granted under the Fair Housing Act, particularly in those areas of the country which are currently underserved by fair housing enforcement organizations as well as those areas where large concentrations of people with protected characteristics exist.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Rural Development (RD) Rural Business‐Cooperative Service (RBCS or Agency), requests applications for the Meat and Poultry Processing Expansion Program - Phase 4 (the Program or MPPEP-4) - Fortifying the American Beef Industry. MPPEP-4 is authorized under Section 1001(b)(4) of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA), which provides funding to make “loans and grants and provide other assistance to maintain and improve food and agricultural supply chain resiliency.” Pursuant to this authority, USDA is making competitive grant funding available to Very Small Processors and Small Processors, and to Intermediate Processors to maximize the value and utilization of their existing capacity, with a focus on promoting local supply chains.   Grant funding in the amount of $60 million is available under this Program. The U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), Office of the Assistant Secretary–Indian Affairs (Indian Affairs), through the Office of Indian Economic Development (OIED), solicits proposals from eligible entities (see Eligibility Section) for tourism grants focused on increasing visitors to existing Tribal tourism operations through facilitation, promotion, and enhancing visibility. The Tribal Tourism Grant Program (TTGP) funding strives to achieve substantial community benefits by facilitating and strengthening Tribal tourism activities, enhancing visitor experiences, and increasing visibility and access to Tribal destinations. This includes cases involving family preservation, family reunification, guardianship, and adoption. The Tribal Court Improvement Program (TCIP) supports the Administration for Children and Families' (ACF) mission to foster health and well-being by providing partnership and effective delivery of human services.Through this program, ACF partners directly with tribes to strengthen tribal court systems that oversee child welfare matters, helping ensure that children are safe, families are supported, and court proceedings are timely, fair, and legally sound.

The primary purpose of this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) is to support community-based efforts in tribal and migrant communities to strengthen families and protect children by preventing child abuse and neglect before it occurs. Funded projects will develop, operate, expand, enhance, and coordinate initiatives, programs, and activities to reduce the likelihood of child abuse and neglect, consistent with the goals outlined by Title II of the Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act (CAPTA). This legislation specifies that 1 percent of the available funding from Title II will be reserved to fund tribes, tribal organizations, and migrant programs. Projects will focus on building protective factors that help tribal and/or migrant children, youth, and families build resilience and develop skills, characteristics, knowledge, and relationships that decrease risk and contribute to positive outcomes. The Administration for Native Americans (ANA) will be soliciting applications for the Native American Language Preservation and Maintenance program. This program funds for projects to support assessments of the status of native languages in established communities. In addition, it funds planning, designing, restoration, and implementing of native language curriculum and education projects to support a community's language preservation goals. Native American communities include American Indian tribes (federally-recognized and non-federally recognized), Native Hawaiians, Alaskan Natives, and Native American Pacific Islanders.

The Supply Chain Acceleration and Logistics Enablement (SCALE) Program supports organizations that help small businesses overcome operational, technical, workforce, and market access barriers that limit their ability to participate and grow as suppliers within strategically important industries. Through technical assistance, industry engagement, and other implementation focused activities, SCALE helps small businesses address identified supply chain constraints, strengthen supplier readiness, improve production capability, and expand participation in strategically important supply chains.

The Administration for Native Americans will be soliciting applications for the Native American Language Preservation and Maintenance - Esther Martinez Immersion program (EMI). The program funds community-based projects that ensure continuing vitality of Native languages through immersion-based instruction. Programs funded under EMI must meet the requirements for either a Native American Language Nest, or a Native American Survival School. As defined by Esther Martinez Native American Languages Preservation Act (42 U.S.C. § 2991b-3(b)(7)), Language Nests are "site-based educational programs that- (i) provide instruction and child care through the use of a Native American language for at least 5 children under the age of 7 for an average of at least 500 hours per year per student," and Native American Survival Schools are "site-based educational programs for school-age students that- (i) provide an average of at least 500 hours of instruction through the use of 1 or more Native American languages for at least 10 students for whom a Native American language survival school is their principal place of instruction."

The Administration for Native Americans announces the availability of Fiscal Year 2026 funds for community-based projects for the Environmental Regulatory Enhancement (ERE) program. The ERE program provides funding for the costs of planning, developing, and implementing programs designed to improve the capability of tribal governing bodies to regulate environmental quality pursuant to federal and tribal environmental laws.

NOFO HighlightsThe Youth Homelessness NOFO provides competitive awards to eligible applicants under two different programs-Youth Homelessness System Improvement (YHSI) grants- Assistance Listing Number (ALN) 14.277Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program (YHDP)- ALN 14.276Under the YHSI grants, HUD will make awards to selected communities to support them in establishing and implementing a response system for youth homelessness or for improving their existing response system.
