The Infertility Training Center will provide training and technical assistance to Title X grantees to help them: to (1) educate on the root causes of infertility and the broad range of holistic infertility treatments and referrals available to patients both within and outside Title X-funded clinics; (2) promote access to robust body literacy education and fertility awareness-based methods to address root causes of infertility, such as reproductive health conditions, such as endometriosis, polycystic ovary syndrome, and thyroid conditions, well before patients may be aware that they are experience challenges with fertility; (3) expand and enhance root cause infertility testing, treatments, and referrals available within Title X-funded clinics to enable patients to receive as many personalized and comprehensive infertility services needed as possible within the Title X-funded clinic for fertility restoration; (4) enhance referrals between Title X-funded clinics and root cause infertility specialists, including fertility awareness-based method trained professionals and minimally invasive surgeons, to ensure patient-centered care.

This notice of funding opportunity (NOFO) encourages applications for investigator-initiated multi site clinical trials (e.g., efficacy, effectiveness, or pragmatic trials) to study the effects of complementary and integrative health approaches with physical and/or psychological therapeutic inputs (often called mind and body interventions), and/or multicomponent interventions that include physical, psychological, and/or nutritional approaches in NCCIH- designated areas of high research priority. Clinical Coordinating Centers (CCC) should develop and implement the proposed fully powered multi-site clinical trial (Phase III and beyond). The objective of a CCC application is to present the scientific rationale and a comprehensive scientific and operational plan for the clinical trial. This funding opportunity aims to advance practices in retail food protection and identify opportunities for collaboration to reduce the occurrence of foodborne illness risk factors.This opportunity aims to assist retail food regulatory programs and industry in reducing foodborne illness by implementing effective intervention strategies designed to reduce the occurrence of foodborne illness risk factors; implementing and achieving full conformance with the Voluntary National Retail Food Regulatory Program Standards (VNRFRPS); promoting use of risk-based inspection methods to effectively identify the occurrence of foodborne illness risk factors, conduct root cause analysis, assess gaps in industry active managerial control (AMC), and promote regulatory compliance; promoting adoption of the most recent version of the FDA Food Code; effectively responding to foodborne illness outbreaks; and responding to emerging food safety trends. Following Iran's widespread use of ballistic missiles and unmanned aerial systems (UAS) throughout the Near East region during the 2026 conflict, there remains a significant and persistent risk of unexploded ordnance (UXO) falling into the hands of malign actors who could repurpose these materials to carry out attacks against U.S. facilities, critical infrastructure, and civilian soft targets, a phenomenon known as “explosive harvesting.” The proliferation of UXO, combined with the technical sophistication of Iranian-origin explosive materials, presents an acute threat to regional stability and U.S. national security interests. The U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Counterterrorism (CT) is seeking proposals for an initiative that will address the exploitation of illicit mining by violent FTOs. Special focus should be on the relationship and involvement of FTOs and transnational criminal organizations (TCOs) in the space. Competitive proposals should take an integrated approach to the threat and include civilian law enforcement, mining sector regulators, judges and prosecutors, and civil society where appropriate.

The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs of the U.S. Department of State announces an open competition for organizations to submit applications to carry out a project to combat forced child recruitment by Foreign Terrorist Organizations (FTO) and Transnational Criminal Organizations (TCO) in Colombia. Combating forced child recruitment weakens illegal armed groups by depriving them of members and reduces their ability to engage in criminal activities that threaten U.S. national security.
