The purpose of this proposed Notice of Funding Announcement (NOFO) is to support development of biomarkers or clinical outcomes derived from digital health technology (DHT) for use in clinical trials for remote monitoring as primary or secondary endpoints. To improve clinical impact, increase statistical feasibility, and promote standardization, applicants will be expected to develop and test the digitally derived assessments in populations from at least three different diseases or conditions. Partnerships with non-profit patient advocacy organizations will be required.

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) is interested in receiving white papers for Research and Development projects which offer potential for advancement and improvement of NAWCAD operations. See attachment, FY25 NAWCAD Office-Wide N00421-25-S-0001, for further details.

The Precision Measurement Grant Program (PMGP) is seeking applications from eligible applicants for activities to conduct research work in the field of fundamental measurement, testing the basic laws of physics, and/or the determination of fundamental constants, with emphasis on pressing problems or emerging opportunities.

Per the McGovern-Dole program’s authorizing legislation, this funding opportunity is intended to improve food security, reduce the incidence of hunger, and improve literacy and primary education, particularly with respect to girls, through the procurement of U.S. agricultural commodities, plus the provision of financial and technical assistance. All McGovern-Dole projects provide school feeding through a combination of predominantly U.S.-provided and some locally and regionally procured commodities and address the two strategic program objectives 1) Improved Literacy of School-Aged Children, and 2) Increased Use of Health, Nutrition and Dietary Practices. The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) supports research projects that address: (1) physical and mental health conditions related to the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks; (2) diagnosing conditions for which there has been diagnostic uncertainty; and (3) treating conditions for which there has been treatment uncertainty. Conditions may have emerged since the treatment program began or since the WTC Health Program was established. The primary purpose of this study is to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of Muskellunge stocking effectiveness and efficiency within Iowa's lakes and reservoirs, including those managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). This research directly addresses the USACE's interest in optimizing the management of recreational fisheries within their projects. By identifying and refining Muskellunge culture methods and stocking policies, this study aims to enhance the efficacy and efficiency of state agency stocking programs, ensuring that valuable resources are utilized to maximize angler success. The comprehensive understanding of Muskellunge survival, movement, and habitat use gained from this study will directly inform optimized stocking strategies, leading to more robust and sustainable Muskellunge populations. This, in turn, is anticipated to increase angler success rates and overall recreational satisfaction, thereby enhancing the economic and social benefits derived from recreational fishing on USACE reservoirs and similar water bodies across the state and potentially nationwide. NOAA/NMFS is soliciting competitive proposals for grants and cooperative agreements for projects that will support NOAA’s mission for stewardship of living marine resources and the sustainable management of U.S. commercial longline fisheries. Projects will ensure data pipelines are in place to inform the sustainable management of U.S. commercial fisheries that interact with endangered species as they migrate throughout the Pacific — a problem that has led to fishery closures when annual interaction limits are reached.
