A.  PROGRAM DESCRIPTION 1. Project Background, Goals, and ObjectivesThe Department of State Agency Strategic Plan outlines U.S. economic and technological dominance (Goal 5) including strengthening the U.S. technological edge, increasing U.S. technical exports and investments, and stopping foreign actor abuse of the global trading system.Project Goal: The YSEALI Summit 2027 in Singapore will accelerate adoption of the American AI tech stack in Southeast Asia and strengthen networks of pro-innovation leaders by pairing rising leaders from ASEAN countries with the access to U.S.-origin tools and U.S. AI firms operating in Singapore, addressing problem sets these leaders bring to solve through the several days of the Summit.Project Audience:YSEALI Summit 2027 will bring together exchange alumni who have demonstrated a commitment to:·      Leadership and innovative thinking.·      Using technology to develop tangible solutions to problem sets in their country or region.Primary audiences:·      At least 100 competitively selected early to mid-career professionals who are YSEALI alumni from the 11 ASEAN member states. ·      The expected 8-15 mentors and resource speakers, including U.S. and ASEAN government officials, private sector leaders, and experts, who will both inform and be informed by YSEALI alumni perspectives.Secondary audiences:·      ASEAN nation government leaders in attendance at the ASEAN summit·      ASEAN nation government officials responsible for pro-innovation policy formulation·      Peers and colleagues of the YSEALI alumni to whom the alumni will recommen...

Under this particular DRRP priority, the grantee must conduct research toward resilience and positive mental health outcomes among people with spinal cord injury. This grant will have a 36-month project period, with three 12-month budget periods.

Under this particular DRRP priority, applicants must propose a development project that is aimed at improving community living and participation outcomes of individuals with disabilities. In carrying out a development project under this program, a grantee must use knowledge and understanding gained from research to create models, methods, tools, applications, and devices beneficial to the target population, including design and development of protypes and processes. NIDILRR's field-initiated DRRP awards in the community living and participation domain will be (1) research projects, (2) development projects, or (3) a combination of research and development projects, depending on the ranking of applications provided by the peer review panel. The grants will have a 36-month project period, with three 12-month budget periods.

Under this particular DRRP priority, applicants must propose to conduct research toward positive employment outcomes among people who are deaf or hard of hearing. This grant will have a 36-month project period, with three 12-month budget periods.

OPA plans to solicit applications for projects to carry out evaluations of teen pregnancy prevention (TPP) approaches that would make significant contributions to preventing teen pregnancy. OPA intends to make available an estimated $2.2 million for up to nine (9) grant awards for a period of up to three (3) years. OPA will consider evaluation projects that explore new questions in teen pregnancy prevention that improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of these programs and services. These grants are for projects that can be conducted within two to three years, such as secondary data analyses or research using existing program and evaluation data, research, or administrative data.

The purpose of this funding opportunity is to create a single, coordinated national training center that provides comprehensive TTA to Title X grant recipients and their networks of sub-recipients and service sites. Title X currently operates through a large and diverse network of more than 3,800 service sites who provide Title X services to close to 3 million low-income individuals annually, and these providers rely on consistent, high-quality support to meet statutory and regulatory requirements and OASH and OPA priorities.

The 9/11 Memorial Act Grant Program provides competitive grants for the continued operation, security, and maintenance of the on-site memorials of the events and victims of the September 11, 2001. For the purposes of this grant, these on-site memorials are referred to as "covered memorials". A "covered memorial" is defined as a memorial located in the United States established to commemorate the events of, and honor the victims of, the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon on September 11, 2001, at the sites of the attacks. In addition, covered memorials must offer free admission to active and retired members of the military, registered first responders to the 9/11 attacks, and family members of victims of the attacks as well as offer free admission hours to the general public at least once per week.

Under this particular DRRP priority, applicants must propose a research project that is aimed at improving community living and participation outcomes among people with disabilities. In carrying out a research project under this program, a grantee must identify one or more hypotheses or research questions and, based on the hypotheses or research questions identified, perform an intensive, systematic study directed toward producing (1) new or full scientific knowledge or (2) understanding of the subject or problem studied. NIDILRR's field-initiated DRRP awards in the community living and participation domain will be (1) research projects, (2) development projects, or (3) a combination of research and development projects, depending on the ranking of applications provided by the peer review panel. The grants will have a 36-month project period, with three 12-month budget periods.
