Summary: The fiscal year 2026 (FY26) Multiple Sclerosis Research Program (MSRP) Investigator-Initiated Research Award (IIRA) supports highly rigorous, high-impact research projects that have the potential to make an important contribution to Multiple Sclerosis (MS) research, patient care, and/or quality of life. All applications must address at least one of the FY26 MSRP IIRA focus areas. Research projects may focus on any phase of research, excluding clinical trials. The rationale for a research idea may be derived from laboratory discovery, clinical trial results, population-based studies, a clinician’s firsthand knowledge of patients, or anecdotal data. Applications must include preliminary and/or published data that are relevant to MS and the proposed research project.Distinctive Features: This funding mechanism includes two options: Established Investigator or New Investigator. The New Investigator option supports applicants early in their faculty appointments.

Summary: The fiscal year 2026 (FY26) Multiple Sclerosis Research Program (MSRP) Clinical Trial Award (CTA) supports the rapid implementation of clinical trials with the potential to have a significant impact on the treatment or management of multiple sclerosis. All applications must address at least one of the FY26 MSRP CTA focus areas. Clinical trials may evaluate promising new products, pharmacologic agents (drugs or biologics), devices, clinical guidance and/or emerging approaches and technologies.Distinctive Features: The FY26 CTA offers two funding levels. The following are generalized descriptions of the scope of research appropriate for each funding level:• Funding Level 1 (CTA-FL1) supports small-scale, proof-of-principle clinical trials (e.g., pilot, first-in-human, phase 0) to demonstrate feasibility or inform the design of more advanced trials, or other clinical trials that are appropriate for this funding level. Preliminary data relevant to the proposed clinical trial are required.• Funding Level 2 (CTA-FL2) supports larger-scale clinical trials at phase 1 or phase 2 that seek to show preliminary evidence of safety or efficacy (i.e., benefit of clinical or paraclinical outcomes) in relevant patient populations. The studies supported by this award mechanism are expected to lay the groundwork for future avenues of scientific investigation. All applications must address at least one of the FY26 MSRP EHDA focus areas. The proposed research project should include a well-formulated, testable hypothesis based on strong scientific rationale and study design. The presentation of preliminary and/or published data is not required.Distinctive Features: This funding mechanism includes two options: Established Investigator and New Investigator. All applications must address at least one of the FY26 MSRP EIRA focus areas.Distinctive Features: This opportunity allows for early-stage investigators to develop a research project, investigate a problem or question in MS research, and further their intellectual development as an MS researcher of the future. All application components for the EIRA are expected to be written by the Principal Investigator (PI), with appropriate direction from the Mentor(s).

The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Foreign Agricultural Service, announces this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) to support the E (Kika) de la Garza Emerging Markets Program (EMP) by issuing new awards. The purpose of this program is to develop, maintain, or expand markets for exports of United States agricultural commodities and to promote cooperation and exchange of information between agricultural institutions and agribusinesses in the United States and emerging markets. This opportunity is available to U.S. entities to achieve the purposes of this program by: (1) making assessments of food and rural business systems needs; (2) making recommendations on measures necessary to enhance the effectiveness of food and rural business systems, including potential reductions in trade barriers; and (3) identifying and carrying out specific opportunities and projects to enhance the effectiveness of food and rural business systems in emerging markets.

Under the Cooperator Program, USDA/FAS enters into agreements with nonprofit agricultural trade organizations (“Cooperators”) to share the costs of maintaining and developing foreign markets for United States agricultural commodities and products. Financial assistance under the Cooperator Program is made available on a competitive basis, and USDA/FAS endeavors to enter into agreements with eligible Cooperators to cover as broad an array of agricultural commodities as possible. All U.S. agricultural commodities, except tobacco, are eligible for consideration.

Under MAP, USDA/FAS enters into agreements with Participants to share the cost of certain marketing and promotion activities to expand exports of U.S. agricultural commodities. Financial assistance under the MAP is made available on a competitive basis, and USDA/FAS endeavors to enter into agreements with eligible Participants to cover as broad an array of agricultural commodities as possible. All U.S. agricultural commodities, except tobacco, are eligible for consideration.

The QSP is designed to encourage the development and expansion of export markets for U.S. agricultural commodities by assisting U.S. entities in providing commodity samples to potential foreign importers to promote a better understanding and appreciation for the high quality of U.S. agricultural commodities.

The TASC program is designed to assist U.S. organizations by providing funding for projects that seek to remove, resolve, or mitigate existing or potential sanitary, phytosanitary, or technical barriers that prohibit or threaten the export of U.S. specialty crops.

Broadly, the objective is to develop partnerships to improve access to, and use of, heritage resources, and promote their educational, scientific, cultural, and recreational values in a manner that meets U.S. Department of the Interior priorities and Cultural Heritage and Paleontology Program goals. Tribal Wildlife Grants provide technical and financial assistance to federally recognized Tribes for the development and implementation of programs that benefit fish and wildlife and their habitats. The goal is to find, study, protect, and manage archaeological resources in Lincoln County, Nevada. The Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) invites proposals for cooperative agreements to implement the FY 2026 (Academic Year 2027-2028) Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange (CBYX) for Young Professionals program and outbound Congress-Bundestag/Bundesrat Staff Exchange (CBBSX) travel component.  The CBYX for Young Professionals and CBBSX programs advance America’s national interests by building lasting personal and institutional relationships that promote prosperity and security between the United States and Germany.    Key Activities:         CBYX for Young Professionals: ·      Approximately 65 American and approximately 65 German participants, ages 18.5-24, engage in year-long academic and professional exchanges. ·      American participants complete two months of in-country German language training, study for one semester at a German university, technical, or professional school, and gain practical work experience. ·      German participants study for one semester at a U.S. university, college, technical, or professional school and gain practical work experience. ·      Both American and German participants live with host families throughout the program year. CBBSX: ·      Ten U.S. Congressional and 10 German parliamentary staffers participate in a short-term reciprocal exchange with each other’s legislatures. ·      The U.S. recipient organization provides travel and administrative support for the outbound CBBSX exchange by coordinating round-trip airfare for the U.S. delegation.
