The program includes two main components: Exhibition Booth: In partnership with Jogja-NETPAC, the program will secure and construct an 81m² (9m x 9m) professionally designed, interactive exhibition booth featuring American Film Showcase and Freedom 250 branding. The booth will showcase American film, U.S. technological innovation, American contributions to cinematic arts, and U.S. companies and industry standards. The U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), Office of the Assistant Secretary–Indian Affairs (Indian Affairs), through the Office of Indian Economic Development (OIED), solicits proposals from eligible entities (see Eligibility Section) for tourism grants focused on increasing visitors to existing Tribal tourism operations through facilitation, promotion, and enhancing visibility. The Tribal Tourism Grant Program (TTGP) funding strives to achieve substantial community benefits by facilitating and strengthening Tribal tourism activities, enhancing visitor experiences, and increasing visibility and access to Tribal destinations. These efforts support economic development and contribute to improved community well-being. The U.S. Department of State's Embassy Bishkek Public Diplomacy Section (PDS) announces an open competition to implement a program supporting the American Corners network in the Kyrgyz Republic—the U.S. government's primary information and cultural centers. They showcase American innovation to foreign audiences and promote demand for U.S. products and services, particularly as the United States celebrates the 250th anniversary of its founding. This Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) provides funding to tribal courts to assess the effectiveness of and support improvements to how these courts and/or legal representation handle American Indian and Alaska Native child welfare cases. This includes cases involving family preservation, family reunification, guardianship, and adoption. The Tribal Court Improvement Program (TCIP) supports the Administration for Children and Families' (ACF) mission to foster health and well-being by providing partnership and effective delivery of human services.Through this program, ACF partners directly with tribes to strengthen tribal court systems that oversee child welfare matters, helping ensure that children are safe, families are supported, and court proceedings are timely, fair, and legally sound.

The purpose of this funding opportunity is to support the implementation and rigorous evaluation of existing Kinship Navigator Programs (KNPs). The goal is to increase the number of programs that qualify for federal Title IV-E Kinship Navigator funding by building strong evidence of improved outcomes for kinship caregivers and the children in their care. Strengthening the evidence base will position more programs for review by the Title IV-E Prevention Services Clearinghouse. The Supply Chain Acceleration and Logistics Enablement (SCALE) Program supports organizations that help small businesses overcome operational, technical, workforce, and market access barriers that limit their ability to participate and grow as suppliers within strategically important industries. Through technical assistance, industry engagement, and other implementation focused activities, SCALE helps small businesses address identified supply chain constraints, strengthen supplier readiness, improve production capability, and expand participation in strategically important supply chains.

The goal of this funding opportunity is to increase the number of state and tribal child welfare agencies that replicate and implement an evidence-based Kinship Navigator Program (KNP) rated as promising, supported, or well-supported by the Title IV-E Prevention Services Clearinghouse. Tribal child welfare agencies may replicate one of the approved models and adapt program manuals as needed to align with tribal policies, practices, and culture, while maintaining the model"s core components; tribal consortia are encouraged to apply. Priority will be given to agencies that do not currently operate a Title IV-E Kinship Navigator Program as defined in Section 427(a)(1) of the Social Security Act. The primary purpose of this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) is to support community-based efforts in tribal and migrant communities to strengthen families and protect children by preventing child abuse and neglect before it occurs. Funded projects will develop, operate, expand, enhance, and coordinate initiatives, programs, and activities to reduce the likelihood of child abuse and neglect, consistent with the goals outlined by Title II of the Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act (CAPTA). This legislation specifies that 1 percent of the available funding from Title II will be reserved to fund tribes, tribal organizations, and migrant programs. Projects will focus on building protective factors that help tribal and/or migrant children, youth, and families build resilience and develop skills, characteristics, knowledge, and relationships that decrease risk and contribute to positive outcomes. Successful projects will demonstrate measurable progress toward increasing access to family support and prevention services tailored to the needs of tribal and/or migrant families, improving child safety and well-being, and increasing knowledge and implementation of evidence-informed practices to prevent child abuse and neglect.

The Regional Partnership Grant (RPG) Program supports regional partnerships between child welfare, substance abuse treatment and juvenile or state courts. The goal is to support family-centered treatment programs and services for children who are in an out-of-home placement or are at risk of being placed in an out-of-home placement due to caregiver's substance abuse. Projects will also work to expand the scope of evidence-based services for families impacted by substance-use disorders. Projects are required to have regional partnerships with legislatively required partners, including a planning and implementation phase, to provide a cost-sharing match, and report on performance indicators. RPG funds may support family-based, comprehensive, long-term substance-use disorder treatment, including medication-assisted treatment and in-home substance-use disorder treatment and recovery services, as well as early intervention and prevention services, children and family counseling, mental health services, parenting skills training, and the replication of successful models for delivering family-based, comprehensive, long-term substance use disorder treatment services. This project is for one 60-month project period, comprised of five 12-month budget periods. It includes a Planning Phase and an Implementation Phase.

The Administration for Native Americans will be soliciting applications for the Native American Language Preservation and Maintenance - Esther Martinez Immersion program (EMI). The program funds community-based projects that ensure continuing vitality of Native languages through immersion-based instruction. Programs funded under EMI must meet the requirements for either a Native American Language Nest, or a Native American Survival School. As defined by Esther Martinez Native American Languages Preservation Act (42 U.S.C. § 2991b-3(b)(7)), Language Nests are "site-based educational programs that- (i) provide instruction and child care through the use of a Native American language for at least 5 children under the age of 7 for an average of at least 500 hours per year per student," and Native American Survival Schools are "site-based educational programs for school-age students that- (i) provide an average of at least 500 hours of instruction through the use of 1 or more Native American languages for at least 10 students for whom a Native American language survival school is their principal place of instruction."

The Administration for Native Americans (ANA) will be soliciting applications for the Native American Language Preservation and Maintenance program. This program funds for projects to support assessments of the status of native languages in established communities. In addition, it funds planning, designing, restoration, and implementing of native language curriculum and education projects to support a community's language preservation goals. Native American communities include American Indian tribes (federally-recognized and non-federally recognized), Native Hawaiians, Alaskan Natives, and Native American Pacific Islanders.

The Administration for Native Americans announces the availability of Fiscal Year 2026 funds for community-based projects for the Environmental Regulatory Enhancement (ERE) program. The ERE program provides funding for the costs of planning, developing, and implementing programs designed to improve the capability of tribal governing bodies to regulate environmental quality pursuant to federal and tribal environmental laws.

In response to a longstanding congressional mandate (P.L. 98-619, Departments of Labor, Health and Human Services, and Education and Related Agencies Appropriation Act, 1985), NIMHD invites applications from eligible institutions to establish a national coordinating center (CC) for the Research Centers in Minority Institutions (RCMIs) initiative. The RCMI CC will coordinate activities across funded RCMI U54 Centers, prospectively evaluate the overall RCMI program, and serve as a national resource to help these centers achieve their primary goals. Strengthen BiH's institutional capacity to detect, investigate and prosecute complex money laundering operations linked to transnational criminal organizations that threaten U.S. security interests. NOFO HighlightsThe Youth Homelessness NOFO provides competitive awards to eligible applicants under two different programs-Youth Homelessness System Improvement (YHSI) grants- Assistance Listing Number (ALN) 14.277Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program (YHDP)- ALN 14.276Under the YHSI grants, HUD will make awards to selected communities to support them in establishing and implementing a response system for youth homelessness or for improving their existing response system. HUD will select approximately 49 communities for YHSI grants.Under the YHDP, HUD will provide funding to communities to implement housing and supportive services projects. The Secretary of Labor, through MSHA, may award grants to State, Tribal, and Territorial Governments (including the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands) to assist them in developing and enforcing State mining laws and regulations, improve State workers’ compensation and mining occupational disease laws and programs, and improve safety and health conditions in the nation’s mines through Federal-State coordination and cooperation.   MSHA encourages State training programs to prioritize health and safety training for new and small mining operations.
