This amendment presents a new program element in ROSES-2025. Notices of Intent (NOIs) are requested by May 20, 2026, and Proposals are due July 21, 2026. Connection information for a Pre-proposal webinar that will occur on June 24, 2026, will be posted under "Other Documents" on the right side of this NSPIRES page. Proposals submitted to this program will be evaluated using dual anonymous peer review, see Section 13. An Open Science and Data Management Plan is not required, see Section 6. Proposers are strongly encouraged to use the Earth Science standard template for the Table of Work Effort, see Section 7. This funding program supports the operation of Tribal Historic Preservation Offices (THPOs) within allowable program areas described in the National Historic Preservation Act (54 U.S.C. 300101 et seq.). Where relevant, staff and projects must comply with the appropriate Secretary of the Interior"s Standards and Guidelines for Archeology and Historic Preservation.The purpose of this program is to provide grants to THPOs for the identification, evaluation, and protection of historic properties as outlined in the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) by such means as: survey, planning, technical assistance, physical preservation, review of Federal undertakings, education, listing in the National Register of Historic Places and Tribal Registers. These grants assist THPOs in carrying out the NHPA historic preservation activities that a Tribe agreed to assume from the State Historic Preservation Office, on tribal lands, under their Partnership agreement with the National Park Service. Awards under this program must comply with and support 54 U.S.C. 300101 et seq.

The National Park Service"s (NPS) History of Equal Rights Grant Program (HER) will preserve sites related to the struggle of all Americans to achieve equal rights. HER grants are funded by the Historic Preservation Fund (HPF), administered by the NPS, and will fund a broad range of preservation projects for historic sites including: architectural services, historic structure reports, preservation plans, and physical preservation to structures. Grants are awarded through a competitive process and do not require non-Federal match.

The Department of State’s Office of the Nonproliferation and Disarmament Fund (ACN/NDF) is pleased to announce an open competition for assistance awards through this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO). ACN/NDF invites domestic non-profit/non-governmental organizations, educational institutions, and for-profit organizations to submit proposals for projects that will advance the mission of NDF’s efforts to identify, evaluate, and develop safeguards to counter the misuse risks enabled by the proliferation of chemical and biological Artificial Intelligence (AI) models (CBAIMs). Proposals may not exceed the total availability of funds under this NOFO. ACN/NDF welcomes proposals that fully address all or a clearly articulated, targeted subset of the key objectives of this NDF line of effort (Section II). Please indicate whether the proposal involves collaboration with a partner organization that is separately responding to this solicitation.

The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs of the U.S. Department of State announces an open competition for organizations to submit applications to carry out a project to combat forced child recruitment by Foreign Terrorist Organizations (FTO) and Transnational Criminal Organizations (TCO) in Colombia. Combating forced child recruitment weakens illegal armed groups by depriving them of members and reduces their ability to engage in criminal activities that threaten U.S. national security. This project will support Colombian efforts to combat forced child recruitment by enabling law enforcement to investigate, arrest, and prosecute recruiters.
