Under the Cooperator Program, USDA/FAS enters into agreements with nonprofit agricultural trade organizations (“Cooperators”) to share the costs of maintaining and developing foreign markets for United States agricultural commodities and products. Financial assistance under the Cooperator Program is made available on a competitive basis, and USDA/FAS endeavors to enter into agreements with eligible Cooperators to cover as broad an array of agricultural commodities as possible. All U.S. agricultural commodities, except tobacco, are eligible for consideration.

Under MAP, USDA/FAS enters into agreements with Participants to share the cost of certain marketing and promotion activities to expand exports of U.S. agricultural commodities. Financial assistance under the MAP is made available on a competitive basis, and USDA/FAS endeavors to enter into agreements with eligible Participants to cover as broad an array of agricultural commodities as possible. All U.S. agricultural commodities, except tobacco, are eligible for consideration.

The QSP is designed to encourage the development and expansion of export markets for U.S. agricultural commodities by assisting U.S. entities in providing commodity samples to potential foreign importers to promote a better understanding and appreciation for the high quality of U.S. agricultural commodities.

The TASC program is designed to assist U.S. organizations by providing funding for projects that seek to remove, resolve, or mitigate existing or potential sanitary, phytosanitary, or technical barriers that prohibit or threaten the export of U.S. specialty crops.

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is soliciting applications under the authority of the Clean Water Act (CWA) section 104(b)(8) to provide Technical Assistance and Training for Rural, Small and Tribal Municipalities and Wastewater Treatment Systems. The Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) invites proposals for cooperative agreements to implement the FY 2026 (Academic Year 2027-2028) Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange (CBYX) for Young Professionals program and outbound Congress-Bundestag/Bundesrat Staff Exchange (CBBSX) travel component.  The CBYX for Young Professionals and CBBSX programs advance America’s national interests by building lasting personal and institutional relationships that promote prosperity and security between the United States and Germany.    Key Activities:         CBYX for Young Professionals: ·      Approximately 65 American and approximately 65 German participants, ages 18.5-24, engage in year-long academic and professional exchanges. ·      American participants complete two months of in-country German language training, study for one semester at a German university, technical, or professional school, and gain practical work experience. ·      German participants study for one semester at a U.S. university, college, technical, or professional school and gain practical work experience. ·      Both American and German participants live with host families throughout the program year. CBBSX: ·      Ten U.S. Congressional and 10 German parliamentary staffers participate in a short-term reciprocal exchange with each other’s legislatures. ·      The U.S. recipient organization provides travel and administrative support for the outbound CBBSX exchange by coordinating round-trip airfare for the U.S. delegation. The U.S. Department of State’s Embassy Bujumbura announces an open competition to implement a program to support U.S. policy objectives and promote shared interests. Projects must promote Freedom250 and align with policy goals such as making the United States safer, stronger, and more prosperous. Specifically, the projects should showcase American leadership and excellence in sports-particularly in Basketball, and health, notably by celebrating American sports excellence during the American decade of sports. The target audience should be youth and young professionals aged 15-35 representing emerging voices, as well as opinion leaders to convey information and reach the broader population. The program shall pursue four core goals: advancing U.S. public diplomacy, strengthening people-to-people ties, capitalizing on the Decade of Sport, and promoting physical and mental health. The U.S. Geological Survey's (USGS) Fort Collins Science Center is offering a cooperative-agreement funding opportunity to a CESU partner having capability to conduct research and studies related to the long-term demography of bumble bees, with a focus on imperiled species. The research will focus on Bombus affinis (rusty patched bumble bee), the previously-widespread bumble bee species whose populations have declined precipitously over the past two decades. This project will leverage collaborations to incorporate expertise in bumble bee ecology into a large existing project supporting the recovery of endangered and imperiled bumble bees. Current research interests include (1) the establishment and maintenance of site surveys to document long-term trends of rusty patched bumble bee, (2) studies that explore novel technologies for the monitoring of bumble bees, (3) studies that assess the types of sampling effort needed to achieve statistically viable assessments of bumble bee population trends, and (4) efforts to facilitate the compilation of data on bumble bee demography. The outcome of a successful agreement will be research products that help DOI and other land-management partners better understand and implement recovery strategies for imperiled bumble bees. Through this CESU agreement, the federal and state university partners will cooperate fully in development of a research program that will produce final products to be used in support of management decisions pertaining to bumble bees. For over forty years, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has partnered with the Government of Kenya (GoK) to protect the health of the Kenyan people and strengthen health systems. The United States Government remains the largest investor in Kenya"s health sector. This investment includes PEPFAR (President"s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief), GHS (Global Health Security), Malaria, TB, Immunizations and Influenza. This Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) seeks to build upon activities funded by CDC to support USG global health priorities in Kenya through implementation of programs and activities that focus on strengthening public health programs. After five years of implementing and strengthening global health security systems, the USG will continue to advance strategies to prevent, detect, and respond to public health threats. This NOFO"s main outcomes are to: 1) Improve prevention of avoidable epidemics including naturally occurring outbreaks and intentional or accidental releases of dangerous pathogens, 2) Improve ability to rapidly detect threats early, including detecting, characterizing, and reporting emerging biological threats, 3) Respond rapidly and effectively to public health threats of international concern, 4) Strengthen implementation science programs and platforms to improve health outcomes.

The purpose of this NOFO is to continue strengthening Uganda"s capacities for rapid detection and effective and efficient response to health threats. This $498,000 non-competitive cooperative agreement is available to the Oklahoma Tribal Engagement Partners (OKTEP). This cooperative agreement is a continuation of work previously initiated by FNA through a needs assessment to understand the topics Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations (FDPIR) staff were interested in learning about in a nutrition paraprofessional training program.OKTEP will utilize this cooperative agreement to continue offering the FDPIR nutrition paraprofessional training, known as the Community Nutrition Champion Training (CNCT), to FDPIR staff. Additionally, OKTEP will address participant requests and deliver an advanced version of the training, CNCT 2.0, to build on previous knowledge gained through the first CNCT curriculum and provide a more comprehensive nutrition education experience for attendees.

The Runaway and Homeless Youth Training, Technical Assistance, and Capacity Building Center (RHYTTAC) provides direct training and technical assistance to existing RHY award recipients and subrecipients to enhance their efforts to successfully implement FYSB-funded projects. This is a notice of funding opportunity (NOFO) for the NIJ FY 2026 Research and Evaluation of Services for Victims of Crime. This opportunity is a collaboration between the National Institute of Justice (NIJ) and the Office for Victims of Crime (OVC). It will fund research and evaluation projects to understand the needs of crime victims and survivors and to help improve services they receive.
