The Workforce Opportunity for Rural Communities (WORC) Initiative Round 7 is a partnership between the Department of Labor's Employment and Training Administration (ETA) and three regional commissions–the Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC), the Delta Regional Authority (DRA), and the Northern Border Regional Commission (NBRC). WORC 7 will address the critical workforce needs of employers in high-growth and emerging industries across the Appalachian, Delta, and Northern Border regions (WORC regions). Under this particular DRRP priority, the objective is to improve long-term health and function or community living outcomes among people with burn injury. The grantee may conduct research at the intervention-development, intervention efficacy, or scale-up evaluation stage of research. The grantee will conduct this research toward the development and testing of interventions, services, and supports to address the complex and varied life-long needs of people with burn injury. This grant will have a 36-month project period, with three 12-month budget periods.

Under this particular opportunity, a DRRP must conduct knowledge translation and related activities in collaboration with the ADA National Network"s grantees. Specifically, among other requirements to be described in the funding opportunity announcement, the ADA KT Center must coordinate and support KT activities of the ADA National Network, conduct research aimed at improving knowledge translation on the ADA, manage and maintain the Outcome Measurement System (OMS) database, and organize and support an ADA research conference. The grant will have a 36-month project period, with three 12-month budget periods.

Under this priority, 10 grants, one within each of the 10 HHS regions, will be funded as part of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) National Network. Applicants must propose a program of training, technical assistance, outreach, and research that lead to improved understanding by stakeholders of their rights and responsibilities under the ADA. The grants will have a 36-month project period, with three 12-month budget periods.

CoC Builds provides funding for construction, acquisition, or rehabilitation of new units of PSH for individuals and families experiencing homelessness where one member of the household has a disability. Most of the requested funding must be for new construction, acquisition, or rehabilitation to create new units of permanent supportive housing. See IV.B.1.b and c of this NOFO for information regarding other CoC Program eligible costs, including supportive services and project administrative costs and the percentages of funding that may be requested.

The purpose of the Treatment, Recovery and Workforce Support program is to support individuals in substance use disorder (SUD) or co-occurring disorder (COD) treatment and recovery to live independently and participate in the workforce.

The Office of Population Affairs (OPA) announces the anticipated availability of funds for Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 grants under the authority of Division B, Title II of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2026 (Public Law 119-75).This notice solicits applications for projects that provide medically accurate and age-appropriate programs that reduce teen pregnancy and advance adolescent health by strengthening body literacy, informed consent, and optimal health through the replication of effective teen pregnancy prevention (TPP) programs. Effective TPP programs are those programs that have been proven effective through rigorous evaluation to reduce teenage pregnancy, behavioral risk factors underlying teenage pregnancy, or other associated risk factors.The purpose of this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) is to support replication of effective programs that provide adolescents with medically accurate, age-appropriate education and counseling that help them understand their bodies, clarify reproductive life goals, and make informed health decisions.

The Office of Population Affairs (OPA) announces the anticipated availability of funds for Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 grants under the authority of Division B, Title II of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2026 (Public Law 119-75).This notice solicits applications for projects to rigorously evaluate promising interventions that contribute to adolescent optimal health and preventing teen pregnancy, sexually transmitted infections (STIs), behavioral risk factors underlying teen pregnancy, or other associated risk factors. OPA intends to make available approximately $8.3 million for an estimated nine (9) grant awards for a period of up to five (5) years. The actual amount available will not be determined until enactment of the FY2027 federal budget.The goal of this initiative is to identify effective interventions focused on body literacy and ensuring transparency and protection of parental rights for future replication by adolescent health practitioners and youth-serving professionals, and to disseminate the research findings and lessons learned to inform future studies.

The Department of State’s Office of the Nonproliferation and Disarmament Fund (ACN/NDF) is pleased to announce an open competition for assistance awards through this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO). The Global Leaders Division in the Office of Citizen Exchanges at the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) seeks proposals for a cooperative agreement to design and implement the FY 2026 Community Solutions Program (CSP).
