The Office of Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) is the component of the U.S. Department of Justice responsible for advancing the practice of community policing and supporting the Administration’s priority of Making America Safe Again by the nation’s state, local, territorial and Tribal law enforcement agencies through information and grant resources. The purpose of CHP is to fund law enforcement agencies to hire and/or rehire additional career sworn law enforcement officers/deputies in an effort to increase their community policing capacity and crime prevention efforts. Anticipated outcomes of CHP awards include engagement in planned community partnerships, implementation of projects to analyze and assess problems, implementation of changes to personnel and agency management in support of community policing, and increased capacity of agency to engage in community policing activities.

This funding opportunity seeks to advance public safety by making competitive grants to state law enforcement agencies in states with high seizures of precursor chemicals, finished methamphetamine, laboratories, and laboratory dump seizures for the purpose of locating or investigating illicit activities, such as precursor diversion, laboratories, or methamphetamine traffickers. This funding opportunity seeks to advance public safety by making competitive grants to state law enforcement agencies in states with high per capita rates of primary treatment admissions, for the purpose of locating or investigating illicit activities, through statewide collaboration, relating to the distribution of heroin, fentanyl, or carfentanil or relating to the unlawful distribution of prescription opioids. The Workforce Opportunity for Rural Communities (WORC) Initiative Round 7 is a partnership between the Department of Labor's Employment and Training Administration (ETA) and three regional commissions–the Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC), the Delta Regional Authority (DRA), and the Northern Border Regional Commission (NBRC). WORC 7 will address the critical workforce needs of employers in high-growth and emerging industries across the Appalachian, Delta, and Northern Border regions (WORC regions). Under this particular DRRP priority, the objective is to improve long-term health and function or community living outcomes among people with burn injury. The grantee may conduct research at the intervention-development, intervention efficacy, or scale-up evaluation stage of research. The grantee will conduct this research toward the development and testing of interventions, services, and supports to address the complex and varied life-long needs of people with burn injury. This grant will have a 36-month project period, with three 12-month budget periods.

CoC Builds provides funding for construction, acquisition, or rehabilitation of new units of PSH for individuals and families experiencing homelessness where one member of the household has a disability. Most of the requested funding must be for new construction, acquisition, or rehabilitation to create new units of permanent supportive housing. See IV.B.1.b and c of this NOFO for information regarding other CoC Program eligible costs, including supportive services and project administrative costs and the percentages of funding that may be requested.

Under this particular opportunity, a DRRP must conduct knowledge translation and related activities in collaboration with the ADA National Network"s grantees. Specifically, among other requirements to be described in the funding opportunity announcement, the ADA KT Center must coordinate and support KT activities of the ADA National Network, conduct research aimed at improving knowledge translation on the ADA, manage and maintain the Outcome Measurement System (OMS) database, and organize and support an ADA research conference. The Global Leaders Division in the Office of Citizen Exchanges at the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) seeks proposals for a cooperative agreement to design and implement the FY 2026 Community Solutions Program (CSP). Through the Small Dollar Loan Program (SDL Program), the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Community Development Financial Institutions Fund (CDFI Fund) awards grants to Certified CDFIs to establish and expand small dollar loan programs and provide alternatives to high-cost small dollar loans.
